Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He found the source of the problem and quickly resolved it. This was a problem that we had 2 other companies look at and they were unable to fix it! We are very happy with Tann Electric.

The technician came out a day earlier than expected. Our standby generator had quit working back in October, and tomorrow (02/02/22) we were expecting 6 to 14 inches of snow, plus ice, and we were afraid the electricity would go out. The technician fixed the generator quickly, and explained to my husband how to turn the generator on if it did not cycle properly. We were very pleased with the service, with the technician and with the nice woman who set the appointment.

Tann Electric left a sticker on my breaker box on a previous call, and I called them first when three outlets stopped working in my bedroom-turned-home-office. Tann was here later the same day, the old GFI outlet in the bathroom on the other side of the wall was replaced, and Ehi, our technician, had answered some questions about a separate issue. I will definitely call Tann on the follow-up project too, because while they’re not cheap they’re responsive and know their business.

I have been very impressed and happy with the service Tann Electric has done for me. The technician is professional and works long and hard. He has kept me informed of the work being done and the reasons for the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Again just used them to install another light. They do amazing work. Always polite. Get you scheduled immediately. I have been using them for years. Would not go anywhere else for my electrical needs. Love Tann electric. Thank you Guys.

Professional mannerisms however when being billed hourly I would have expected More efficiency. Had multiple bids that came in less then half but were booked out so settled for Tann with no initial bid for the work due to being on a timeline. Hindsight I wouldn’t use them again. When my complaint was voiced I was assured a call the following Monday and haven’t heard from anyone...

Excellent customer service! Juan was extremely professional as well as educational. He asked questions, provided examples that helped me understand concepts that I did not understand. He was very diligent in finding the problem and solution. Excellent experience!!!

Juan changed the oil in my generator.
He was very nice, polite, and explained everything to me so he gets a thumbs up.
But to only change the oil with 4 quarts of oil and not even getting a complete tune up costing $250 seems excessive.

Tann really came through for me in a pinch and got me back up and running when no one else could make it out for 48 hours. They'll be my first call next time. Jon was great and obviously knows his trade.

They are extremely friendly, but did not meet the appointment window. Their rates were more than other electricians in the area. It doesn’t really say their rates anywhere online, but our invoice listed a service charge of $99, and an hourly rate of $198. Apparently there is also a charge of ~$9 if you plan to pay with a card. Hope this helps!

A tree branch fell and took out our power line and meter. Tann Electric responded very quickly and navigated the many steps required by Evergy. They were very responsive whenever I had a question. I would not hesitate to use them again. A very trustworthy company.

Tann Electric put in an emergency change switch on our electric panel so we can convert over to our generator if power grid goes down. They did a great job. They were quick and didn't disturb me. (I work at home.) Very willing to 'teach' you how to work things. They are very pleasant folks to work with. Yes, I will use them again.

The repairman was thorough and focused doing the repair. The appointment was suppose to be in two days but the scheduler called me the day I made the appointment and said they could take me that day so that was a nice surprise to get it done sooner. I also appreciate getting a senior citizen discount, every little bit helps.

While we didn't use their services this time, we have used Tann in the past and they have always been excellent. We decided not to have Joe fix our problem today because the cost was more than we planned for, but he was still very professional and friendly.

I had an electrical problem the day before the 4th of July that knocked out power to my whole house and between the weather and the upcoming holiday I was eager to get it fixed. The staff at Tann were fantastic-they called me back when they said they would, were upfront about the estimated cost, and gave me an accurate estimation of when the tech could be at my house, which was essentially just drive time. Aaron arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient and wasn't bothered that I asked a million questions. Overall I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received and I'll definitely be calling Tann Electric in the future if I need them.

Tann services our standby generator and has always done a great job. Very pleased with the service. In particular, John has been wonderful to work with.

Everyone I spoke to at the office and John Tran and the electrician who did the work were all professional and helpful. The first electrician who installed the lights was wonderful . He showed me how to improve the lights I had. Juan Acosta came a few weeks later to tweak the light fixture. He too was so helpful and professional. I really appreciate all the fine service at Tran Electric.

We needed multiple light fixtures/fans changed after moving to a new home-including a large chandelier in our 20 foot entryway. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Tann Electric was able to get our job done quickly. Electricians were professional, knowledgable and respectful. They explained all charges and made sure that we were completely satisfied. We have used Tann Electric for multiple projects and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Tann Electric. They ran power to a pole for our swimming pool and we also had them add an outlet on the back of our house. They charged what they said they would, showed up when they said they would and provided great service. When we had questions on our permitting with the city they were quite helpful. Mr. Tann even called the city inspector and talked through the city requirement to make sure we met every requirement of the city. Their price is not the cheapest, but the quality you get with Tann is well worth it. We highly recommend Tann.

Tann Electric was great from scheduling to keeping me up to date about when my technician was coming. Juan was wonderful, polite, efficient, and communicated with us very well about what he was doing and what needed to happen to get it done. I had initially given 5 stars but revert to one after my experience today, 9/24. Called to have them come look at possibly wiring a door bell. Apparently (without it EVER being mentioned during booking or when the electrician came) there is a $99 service fee just for coming out. For the electrician to look around the house, make some phone calls, we were charged $280 TO DO NOTHING. The work they proposed was close to $2000 (for new wiring for a door bell?) so we said no thanks.

Get a private electrician. I’ll pass on Tann from here on out.
