Great Support with Arise Homes stone Ridge staff.

Arise Homes are the best! My brother was getting ready to retire and move into his new Arise Home, but he unexpectedly passed away. Marlene Arizmendi-Selock and her team were so kind in helping me with what needed to be done. Arise Homes are dedicated and go above and beyond the call of duty. I was treated as family and I am ever so grateful for them!

We are really excited to be in our new home in our new community. We were impressed with the homes designed and constructed by Arise and at the open house all our questions were answered. We met with Marlene Selock and John Short who gave us tours of the homes, covered the options and the cost of each model of home. Marlene was so awesome to us, introduced us to Matt Mabe and they both covered so much about the homes and vision of the community. We cant say enough about John! He goes above and beyond to ensure our questions are answered and follows up with us to ensure we are comfortable in each step of the building process. Lizzy brings a great dynamic to the process as she worked with us to ensure financing and is a great advocate in our banking needs. Both John and Lizzy make the experience feel more personal than transactional and are as excited to see the community flourish as we are. Overall, the Arise team has made this move for us beyond what we could have had imagined.

Marlene is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has helped us through the home buying process. She a very caring person who has put our needs first. Thank you . Excellent !!! Highly recommend going to Stoneridge ARISE HOMES and speak with Marlene.

We have just purchased a home with arise homes. The experience was very easy and everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Sara and Marlene were awesome, and Michael was great at holding our hands through the entire process.

I’ve been in my home here at StoneRidge for a year. I was one of the first residents. Marlene worked with my realtor son Brandon Porras to solidify the sale. Kyle and Brent have both been attentive and expeditious in addressing concerns relating to “tweaks” needed to make my home perfect. Plan to make this my “forever” home and can’t wait til all the houses are occupied with more of what I have found to be great neighbors.

These homes are amazing- so many extra things added. Finished garages, option for maintenance lawn-moving, covered patios, all brick exteriors, large lots, open floor plans- we’re buying!! And the management has been so easy to work with. This has been a great experience! Oh- and at our welcome home tour they laid out a red carpet!

Third house we have purchased in our lives and hands-down our best buying experience. We were relocating from another state and Arise was flexible and helpful in the selection and closing processes.
As a couple entering our retirement years, we find these homes to be perfect for us - numerous options for downsizing and best of all: NO STAIRS!!!! The lawn/garden areas has given us spaces to enjoy coffee and drinks as we have watched the birds and hummingbirds without overwhelming maintenence hours.
Well built, brick, nice appliances, roomy and open layout.
We have had almost no issues, but Arise's warranty team has responded quickly and corrected every matter.
We could not be more pleased with our new home.

As a co-op agent representing the buyers, Debi Donner and Suzanne Vaughan were absolutely wonderful to work with. Super professional, communicative, and timely. 🙌🏼

While building another home they cut into one of my drainage pipes for a french drain. I called emailed and talked to one of their managers. His name is kerwin. They never fixed it and just covered it back up. I have a sloped lot which has a lot of drainage from the back yard. Now I have the start of a sink hole. My ground is atleast a foot sunk in in a 5 by 10 spot. I dont post much negativity on line as I think there is plenty. This is a small fix maybe 100 bucks which I will have to do myself since they are too big to care!

We loved Rodrock Homes! Everything is perfect in our new home!! The whole staff was attentive, caring and looked after our wishes!

The quality of their finished product is beyond disappointing. Leak in my ceiling, scratched windows, crooked walls and trim. We had to beg them to repair the hole in our drywall in our garage. Because it was the garage, they thought it was no big deal. Don’t even get me started with the paint...I didn’t realize I asked to have stripes of different colors (different batch of paint used for touch ups?) on my walls. Glue from granite countertops ran off onto my stained cabinets. Now, they just always look like they have spills on them. Majority of my enamel paint has cracked. No insulation over half of one bedroom. No wonder it was so hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Coffered ceiling in family room has a ton of mud spots that were not smoothly sanded. I could keep going... I did enjoy working with their designer.

Pretty unhappy with the quality. We spent a good chunk of money with them and feel like our house was thrown up in a rush and the finishes are sloppy. We have big gaps in our granite, where the backsplash meets the counter, along trims and walls, and our stair banister has pulled away from the wall. We contact our project manager and she just says that they'll come back in a year to address settling issues. I don't think a lot of this is due to settling. Just poor workmanship. She also infers that we are somehow to blame - that our home humidifier needs to be at a certain setting. Well it was where she said it needed to be so then she tells us that the humidity percentage isn't high enough - like we should have known that. We have also already had water in our basement, which is unfinished thankfully. If we ever build again it won't be with Rodrock.

The group at Rodrock homes has an unmatched commitment to quality. They're communication is reliable and timely and I would recommend them to anyone who is contemplating a homebuilder.

Do NOT buy from Rodrock Homes! Ask any homeowner in Wyngate subdivision about their experience and you will quickly realize they are hated. Their home warranty is an absolute joke and basically nothing is covered. Trying to get them to fix anything that is not quick and easy is near impossible. They take no pride in their work and blow off any concerns you have. Save yourself some time and frustration and pick a different builder.
