Teams 2 and 8 have recently cleaned my house and did a great job, both of them. As a single dad it's hard to keep the house clean, and it's a real relief to know that a team is going to come through and make sure everything looks great.

Efficient and effective. The teams who do my biweekly clean are always friendly. I love using the app to know exactly what's being deep cleaned this week and when my cleaners will arrive. Management has responded quickly when have had any questions.

My favorite days are the ones I come home from work and my house has been cleaned top to bottom. TCA is amazing, a very friendly group and very detailed. The app is easy to use, I can change a cleaning day if I need to, and they are so quick! I have two teenagers and I don't imagine cleaning my house is easy, I appreciate all they do.

We hired The Cleaning Authority for a one-time cleaning prior to moving into our new home. The entire process was extremely efficient-from the initial phone consultation to the booking of the service to the email reminders of the service to the day of service (in which the staff showed up right on time) to the follow up of the service itself. The staff who performed the service and the oversight of the service were friendly and professional. If asked, I would recommend The Cleaning Authority to others.

My team is wonderful! They are great with my dog, ask if my baby needs a nap and they will do her room first, etc. so friendly and respectful. Everything looks amazing when they are done and they work so hard. We appreciate them so much!

It's a shame that the scale stops at only 5 Stars! They need to restyle the company name to "THE Cleaning Authority". That's because they are THE authority; hands down.

Communications was fast, efficient, and friendly. Everything was explained perfectly. Pricing was straightforward and clear.

The cost was NOT $19 as seen on TV. Actually, it was far from that. I did NOT want a $19 house cleaning. Who would? I wanted trustworthy cleaning professionals in my apartment. That's exactly what I got for my money.

The Cleaning Authority did a great job on their move-out ready cleaning services. They were kind enough to be understanding of working around things that were still in the process of being moved out. Not to mention everything looks great. I would definitely recommend choosing them if you ever need your house cleaned.

The Cleaning Authority was able to do a deep clean on short notice. The team that arrived did an excellent job. We thought the shower was beyond hope, but they were able to make it look new again!
