Absolutely loved The Cleaning Authority coming over and doing a deep clean of my home! Scheduling was easy and they had availability fairly quickly! I loved my professional clean from The Cleaning Authority team!! It was amazing to leave my house for a couple hours, run errands and come to a sparkling clean home. Lucy and Yolanda were thorough and handled everything gently. Would highly recommend!

Yolanda and Lucy did a wonderful job of deep cleaning my house. It feels so wonderful and I love the little touches such as the throw blankets on the beds made to look like bows.

I've waited a long time to leave my review because in my experience with other companies things always start out great and then consistent issues start to occur. However, we have been using The Cleaning Authority for months now and I am happy to say they have remained consistent and thorough. From the first meeting they have been easy to work with, the teams (we usually have #5 & #8) are efficient, friendly, and detailed. I love the rotating schedule of deep clean focus areas. The pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend you trust your home to them and give yourself the gift of time and cleanliness.

Great service cleaned 3 bdrm 3 bath home did a fantastic job cleaning blinds and windowsills that get neglected friendly staff they had to work around a broken faucet in the bathroom and didn’t have any trouble

The Cleaning Authority is AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved Betsy and Amanda. They are the sweetest people and absolutely changed the way our house was feeling.

Out of nowhere, our dog was diagnosed with late stage heart failure and we had to put him down a week and a half later. We were utterly heartbroken and struggling to care for ourselves, let alone the house. Betsy and Amanda came and cleaned for us so well that I cried. You will not be sorry!!!

This was my first time for a deep clean. I was very impressed. The ladies did a fantastic job and were friendly, professional and just over all great!! After the cleaning they walked me through each room telling me what they did, which I appreciated very much. I will definitely use Seasons Cleanings for my future cleanings and would like to request these same ladies to do it!! Thank you for making my day brighter!!

We booked a deep clean while out of town as a surprise for our family. Unfortunately, the service did not come close to meeting expectations. The team was here for just over 3 hours, and many areas were left uncleaned — bathroom trash cans still full, oven untouched, sliding glass door dirty, visible dust on crown molding, and trash/socks still under the sofa. Even the “cleaned” shower had dirt on the floor and mold/mildew in the grout just outside.

We had cleaned before leaving, so this service was requested as a detail-level deep clean. For the price, I expected much more thorough work. When I shared this feedback directly, I received only excuses rather than a sincere attempt to address the concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their deep cleaning service.

** Update **
They have since returned to make right what was missed before. Reuben reached out and made contact to schedule the work, and they made an appointment and did excellent work. This time they came out with supervisor and focused on a single high-impact area and did an amazing job. I appreciate them working to resolve the issue and show me their work and earned back some respect.

I have watched this company grow and it is obvious that they have an excellent work ethic and produce a wonderful cleaning experience. The technicians ( Mateo and Jackson) were precise, polite and very hard and conscientious workers. There is nothing more refreshing than to take a breath and look out through sparkling windows.

Dicus Pro techs are always very professional and pleasant. Our windows were really dirty and now...what windows? They are perfectly clear! We also asked them to do some shower doors and mirrors...so nice not to see streaks on the mirrors anymore!
