Can’t say they did great but they also weren’t bad. Only some of my screens were cleaned and it wasn’t explained to me before the appointment I was supposed to take them out.

Devon did an awesome job, one window was very difficult to open and he worked on it until it opened! Windows look great.

Braden & Mike cleaned the windows at my workplace today and they did a fabulous job. We had been without someone doing this task for far too long. We didn't realize how awful it had become until the windows and interiors had been thoroughly cleaned. WOW what a difference. I now have Dicus Pro set-up on a quarterly schedule.

I purchased the window premium package which included track and sill cleaning. My tracks were left dirty and with dead gnats remaining. I was told by Josh (owner) that they try to balance people's expectation of clean with cost and that they don't expect the windows to be cleaned to a "surgical level of precision". And that while the picture below isn't up to par, they don't require the corners of the window tracks to be cleaned as part of the premium package. I was offered a refund of $4/window or for them to come back and re-clean the tracks. I decided to take the refund and do it myself since cleaning the corners isn't included.

Braden was great. He had a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, answered all of my questions and concerns calmly and politely, took his shoes off at the door, moved everything away from the windows himself (with the exception of the plant table) and called me by name every time he addressed me. I was impressed with his speed, diligence and the overall outcome. Dicus is our go-to window washing company.

Notice of appointment is provided before the service technician arrives. Windows are cleaned appropriately and employee is pleasant to work with. Any changes to service are accepted and executed.
