I just want to say thank you for the excellent window cleaning service you provided just before Christmas, they called in advance, arrived promptly and did an exceptional job.
we also requested a last minute gutter cleaning and they did it providing before and after pictures of their work.

I used this service last year and was not satisfied with the lack of clean windows. You don't notice how bad they are until the sun changes. They called to schedule another cleaning and of course I refused citing how poorly they were cleaned before. She offered $10 off if I gave then chance to clean again. I politely declined and received several phone calls to set an appointment until I blocked the number.
The reason I am writing this now is because we purchased windex outdoor cleaning solution that hooks to the hose and got clean windows.$11.99 versus the $294 I spent here. Please do the same and save money and frustration. I truly wish I had done this first.

In response: As I stated in my review it wasn't until we used the windex is when we realize how much better the windex cleaner was than your service. We used the cleaner this week. As you know I did let you know that I was not please which is why you made a $10 off offer.
As for the 1 star reviews there is a pattern...bad service. These negative reviews are because they highlight things that are far below expectations for a business.
I am 65 years old and only 6 bad reviews speaks volumes about the service.

I got in touch with Triton window cleaning to clean my moms windows for a Mother’s Day gift, and let me just tell you they did a phenomenal job. My parents are getting older so I thought I would surprise my mom with a task to be done that I know she dreads…. My parents are also old school and so particular, and they blew my moms mind! She couldn’t believe how clean her windows were inside and out! I will definitely book this service again! The employees were professional, it was a super easy process to book, and they were timely with getting the job done. I don’t know what more you could ask for. This is the first time I have used Triton for gutter cleaning. The woman from the office gave me an accurate cost and information over the phone and was very pleasant. Only concerns were it took them some time to return my calls/emails and once I waited for three weeks to get in their schedule, the tech that was supposed to be on his way to my home cancelled. Two techs came out the next day and were wonderful- they did a thorough gutter cleaning and cleaned up the mess left behind. It had been years since this was done so they had to work hard. Great result.

We hired this company to come and clean out the dryer vent through a DIMBY deal. The two men that came out were friendly enough, but the work left a large mess in the backyard and a much smaller mess in the dryer room.
They shattered the flaps for the vent cover on the outside of the house (said we could replace for $10 at Home Depot), and no attempt to catch the lint that came out from their cleaning was made.

Window cleaning services are well defined and transparently priced. Triton employees were pleasant and dependable, delivering a good quality job.

We used them for window cleaning and I was very disappointed. The windows appeared to be washed on the middle and not around the outside. I asked them to come back and they were very nice. They came back and did them again. The windows were never cleaned well at all. I didn't ask them to come back again because I'm not confident they would clean them well. Nice customer service poor window cleanimg.

You guys have always cleaned my gutters really well. Keeps me off the ladder doing it myself!

We had used them before for our gutters and they did a fantastic job there so i decided to give them a call to clean my windows before my daughter’s birthday party and wow just WOW! The best window cleaning I have ever gotten! I didn’t even realize how dirty my windows were until they cleaned them:) their entire team was soooo professional and prompt! I couldn’t recommend them more! I cannot wait to use them at Christmas to hang our lights! Because golly if their light services are as good as their other services I’m going to have the best looking house on the block for the holidays!

I have used Triton faithfully for the last 3+ years. They are so good. They call me to remind me that I need gutter service and it's a human being not a recording which is huge in my book. They also do stellar work! They come to our house while we are at work. Leave things better than when they arrived. I recommend them to everyone who asks me about getting gutters cleaned. I haven't tried their window service but that's next on my list. I know they will be great at that too! Highly recommend!

Triton came out and cleaned the gutters on my home. Colton did the work and did an awesome job. He was very professional and did the job really quickly and without issues.

Triton Window Cleaning did an excellent job. They cleaned both the inside and outside windows at my residence. The two crewmen were very professional, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to clean your windows.

Hired them via a Groupon to clean my gutters. They were supposed to knock when they arrived to ask if I wanted more gutters cleaned than what was in the Groupon and they did not. They showed up with a leaf blower and a ladder. Were there less than 10 minutes and did not clean up the mess. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

The windows were not cleaned well, with smudges and missed spots in the top corners. They did them again and they still had missed areas but they were nice and “tried” I guess. I had greater expectations for a more professional job.

Triton recently cleaned our exterior windows and we were very happy with the results. We had some higher windows that were particularly dirty and we asked them to give them special attention. They came out totally clean and we couldn't be happier. We would certainly recommend Triton for cleaning windows.

Triton’s crew did an excellent job on our gutters and downspouts. We live in a heavily wooded neighborhood, so there were lots of leaves to clear. They cleaned up well before leaving. Nothing but positive comments.
