We had our carpets cleaned throughout our house. The service was professionally performed very well. They were on time, clean and informative. We will definitely use this service again and recommend to family and friends. The prices were very reasonable.

I had an excellent experience with TJ from Stanley Steemer. He was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. TJ took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. His attention to detail and fairness truly stood out. Could not recommend him enough — if you get the chance, ask for TJ!

I scheduled a 4 hour arrival window online, received reminder texts, received an on the way message with tracking, and the truck arrived inside the window, though it was close. Mayson was friendly and professional, reviewed the scope of work before starting and advised about fabrics that weren't safe for typical steam and what alternatives we had. He explained what we could expect and reviewed pricing up front. He protected wall corners, covered the door gap to limit cold air, worked hard, and reviewed the results with me when he was finished. We had a sectional, large open basement area, stairs and a small hallway cleaned. It took about 4 hours, which was longer than I expected.

Called to get a quote for cleaning and protecting our dining room chairs. We scheduled for 2 days later. Jarvis came out and did an amazing job. He was very informative and extremely kind. Thank you Stanley Streamer and Jarvis!

Unfortunately this experience is a mixed bag. He the people who came to do the job were friendly and nice, unfortunately I’m very dissatisfied with the result of the cleaning. I feel as if my money was not well spent and that I could have done a better job with my own tools.

The before and after difference is minimal at best, and there are still noticeable dirty spots both on my sofa and the stairs in my home. So the intended result was not achieved. I wouldn’t bring Stanley Steemer back to do carpet or upholstery again.

In the photos, the first two are the before on the sofa, and the stairs are after, and the second photo of the sofa is after. As you can see, there is still obviously dirt on the sofa and the stair treads.

Ariana was very pleasant, high energy and customer oriented. Appreciated her sharing process and explaining finished job. Very pleased stains in my carpet are no more!

Derrick was very personable and upbeat considering we were the last stop of a longgg day and he'd done the whole day by himself! He did a great job for us with no shortcuts. Highly recommend Derrick . The dispatcher could've done a bit better by communicating the delay of his arrival as well, we had reservation for between 1 & 4 and didn't arrive until after 5pm. But didn't know ETA from dispatcher until after 4:10pm . 3 stars on dispatcher communication.

Service was excellent. Twaughn was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be returning soon for another service. Would highly recommend this for anyone’s home or living space.

Derrick was amazing! He came in and went over everything with me in detail. I knew what to expect but was so pleasantly surprised on how good his work and effort was. My carpets look new and smell wonderful. What a great employee you have! He made my day. Thanks again Derrick !!

Matt was very polite and explained the process with us. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. He also pointed out we needed our air ducts cleaned as well. We will be having him come back again in the spring.

I appreciate the work that Derrick did he actually cared and cleaned my sectional and carpet the best he could. This was the third time for the same service and the previous two employees showed little to no care whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him. He couldn't get the dark out of my cushions which isn't his fault however the company should've told me that before the service was done. I am overall satisfied with the service of Derrick but not the company. I feel that I should receive a partial refund because I explained what was wrong with the sofa.

We had an amazing experience with Megan from Stanley Steemer! She cleaned our furniture and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Megan was friendly, charismatic, and incredibly professional. She arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made everything feel easy and efficient. Our furniture looks brand new, and her positive energy made the experience even better. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you, Megan!!!

Megan was really sweet and did such a great job cleaning our carpets. I have 2 small kids, so there were several mystery stains in our carpets that she was able to get out. I would highly recommend using Stanley Steemer.

Malik was nothing short of Amazing! He we was polite, professional, and did a great job. He was detailed and thorough. He asked questions, and set expectations upfront of what he planned to do. Matt was very polite and professional. He came primarily to clean the carpeted basement stairs that has motor oil spilled on it. He was able to clean it so that I did not have to get new carpeting. I had a stain protector also applied in case something like that happens ever again. He cleaned a sofa and area rug also. I loved that they had a rubber seal they put on the door to keep cold air out. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer and Matt again.

Megan & Adam arrived only an hour into the scheduled 6 hour window, were both very personable, done quickly, and my couch looks like new again!
*I’m terrible at remembering to take “before” photos, so this is the bestI could find, and it’s still drying in the second picture, but you can see the difference!
