Megan was very nice and professional. We have a puppy that has made a mess of the carpet and she was able to get all of the stains out and thankfully it doesn’t smell one bit! Very pleased with the service and she even provided us with complimentary spot cleaner and deodorizer for future pet stains. I would recommend Stanley Steamer to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned!

Alaina did a fantastic job cleaning my 2 chairs! She was very efficient and was knowledgeable about how to do the job properly. Extremely courteous, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend her as well as the company.

Alaina was awesome. She is a hard worker and did an excellent job. I highly recommend her. She explained everything upfront and no surprises at the end. All my stains are gone. My carpet looks new. Will definitely be referring her and having her do my house in future.

Adam did an amazing job steam cleaning our carpets, furniture, and tile—everything looks great. He was very polite, friendly, and enthusiastic, and took plenty of time to explain what he was doing. He was incredibly detailed, and you can really tell he cares about doing a great job.

They were on time, looked professional but the work was not good. They didn't put all the vents back on, they bent up one and the didn't clean up afterwards. They blew the debris out the vents and some got on the floor and they didn't clean up after themselves. When they got finished, they packed up got payment and left. Not one time did they think to go double check there work. I would never recommend or use the again.

Mark was good to deal with, he was constrained by company policy though, could only clean a little less than half of my furniture. Company policy wouldn’t let him clean the back rest of the 3 pieces I wanted cleaned which was most of the stains I had, meaning my furniture still looks bad. The back has like buttons and tucked in so their equipment wasn’t capable of cleaning those unfortunately. Now I am forced to buy a steam cleaner and do the rest myself. Just make sure and ask before you wait two weeks to find out they can clean your furniture completely. I did ask them by the way and was told they could clean anything so there’s that too.

Edit: I received a call from the local supervisor and addressed my concerns, we set up a follow up appointment with Arson, like Mark he was good to deal with, Arson cleaned the furniture in its entirety and all the pillows, he did a nice job and I’m happy. I think it shows a lot when a company responds to a complaint and makes it right and I will definitely use them in the future! I also had them clean some carpets and stairs and they did a good job there was well. Thank you guys!

Great Job! Alaina was on time, kind, clear about the process, super thorough, and even went right back over a spot my dog tracked dirt immediately after she cleaned (🙄) . Great experience and value! 100% recommend.

Jarvis is the GOAT. Very professional and friendly. He did excellent work on some carpet I thought was cooked forever. Looks 100x better than before and would definitely recommend his service to family and friends.

Drew and Zach get 5 stars. When Drew and Zach came out to our 85-year-old house they realized the ducts needed to be sealed or we would've been presented with a lot of dirt, dust and debris in the basement to do this process.. Zach and Drew were extremely patient gave us many options and in the end we went ahead with the cleaning and the taping of the ductwork. Zach and Drew were respectful of our time and treated our home with care.

Adam from Stanley Steemer delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He arrived right on time and took time to describe how this process works and exactly what he was doing. We had a great time together. He makes sure to say he’s always about QUALITY. And that, could not be any more true. He took extra time to hit some hard spots and make sure to get deep into every nook and cranny. The results were incredible and owe it all to his quality promise. Adam and Anthony came and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning a room that had some pretty bad set-in stains from our dog going to the bathroom on the carpet. I had no confidence that the stains would be able to be completely removed, but they got them out and deodorized and my carpet looks like new. They were both so nice and professional!

Dylan and Lawrence were very courteous and knowledgeable of what was to be done. They did an excellent job and cleaned up any mess left in the house. I will always tell others about this duct cleaning company. Everything went well. Thank you so very much 😊

Stanley Steemer was awesome. Charles and Lawrance were very personable and efficient. Our small home is 70 years old and clearly had never had the ducts cleaned correctly. The returned the ductwork to like new condition in a little over an hour. I would recommend them over the “guy with a shop vac” approach if you are serious about getting the ductwork cleaned correctly.

I had the most horrible experience with Kansas City’s Stanley Steamer. The technician they sent had only been on the job 3 months and was not experienced enough with the equipment to know that his main brass connector for the water line was leaking which caused almost 1” of water throughout the home. His floor mop could not begin to wipe up the amount of water spewing from his hoses to even begin to catch all the water that was pooling in the entry hall, the bedroom and primary bedroom.
After hours of cleaning it up with towels his boss Proctor had the audacity to charge me for the 2 chairs that the tech cleaned which was why we had rivers if water running through out the house.
With newly refinished floors 4 days prior was a complete disaster.
The customer service in resolving this matter was unprofessional and unbelievable to my crew on site who witnessed and helped with the clean up.
I would NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND them as not only did they loose me as a customer but hopefully with this review others will be leary of this extremely unprecedented experience. I have hired many services in the past 40 years of hiring subcontractors for client projects and this is by far the most horrible exchange with Proctor that I have ever had .

Derrick was on time and provided excellent service! Our carpets look and smell fantastic! Very nice and professional. We will be specifically requesting him in the future.

We had Caleb and Mason out for the cleaning of the vents . They did amazing and they detected a gas leak and made me aware. Called the gas company and they fixed it.
They work very hard and were so knowledgeable about the system.
We will continue to use their services.

Everett was great. He was friendly, informative and took great care of our carpet. Our carpet has never been steam cleaned, in 11 years, and when he left it looked like it was brand new. We are a fan and will be contacting Stanley for more services in the near future.
