We opened our office about 2 years ago and City Wide was not the company we chose for our building maintenance needs when we first opened our office. We were not happy with that company's services and I immediately called Kyle Swanson with City Wide to say we needed his help. He had followed up with me periodically even after we had not chose City Wide. His overall customer service led us to choose City Wide for our services and we have been happy ever since. He continues to come into the office and check in to see how satisfied we are. He also sends out an email to us when he will be gone on vacation and lets us know who we need to contact in the event we need something and he is not available. All around World Class Service!!!

As with any endeavor, consistency is the goal, and that has definitely improved since City Wide has started cleaning the facility. While there is an occasional missed area, over all, we are pleased with the job that the team has been delivering for us. We also appreciate their continuing flexibility in working with our various event schedules that pop up from time to time.

Dean is always coming by and checking in on us; Great account manager. We have had some troubles with getting a good cleaning crew, but Dean went above and beyond to get us a new crew. Super nice guy and always responsive!

David Carey continues to do an excellent job as our City Wide Representative. He is very responsive and always has a positive, helpful attitude! The cleaning crew does an excellent job as well - all our tenant's doors are secured after the nightly cleanings, and all requested cleaning items are always taken care of. Keep up the great work, we appreciate it!

I really appreciate all of the hard work that Jeff and his crew provides for our company. I look forward to Jeff's visits every month to see how things are going. He always makes sure that things are changed if there are any problems that arise with the cleaning of the building. Thanks for everything. I look forward to continuing receiving your services.

Had a very rude experience at the Union Station with one of there team members. I called to address the issue with her boss and he was very nonchalant about the issue. It affected not only me but my kids as well. I was racially profiled by one of there crew members. I have not heard back from the boss to get this issue resolved. I am pretty sure that Union station would not be happy with knowing that they customers are being treated poorly. I hope that this company can understand that treating people in a rude way can turn out to be a bad decision in a long way. This have brought back memories of something that triggered my PTSD. I believe that I am not the only person who probably have had a encounter like this and didn’t address the issue. So I hope the boss handle the matter in a very professional and positive way. I think people forget about empathy!

Our account manager David is great. He always checks in on us and helps if something isn't quite right. Our cleaner John is the MVP we absolutely adore him. Everyone in the office looks forward to seeing him at the end of the day on his cleaning day.

City Wide has been a really great new vendor that we have had the pleasure to work with recently. They provide such a wide variety of services and it’s great to have so many options of help around my apartment community. Andy has been a wonderful representative. Very responsive and on top of all the projects we have ongoing. I really recommend them for their variety of services and amazing willingness to help.

Alejandro did a great job of spraying everywhere I recommend. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and got it all done within 30-45 minutes. Now we will wait and see how the results go!

We were kind of talked into using this company as we were told "all our neighbors are using them". But we still see ants, spiders, spider crickets, among other things in our backyard and basement. They are super nice and they always respond, but I haven't really seen an insect improvement. And now we are stuck for 2 years unless we want to pay an expensive cancelation fee.

Eric was outstanding! He confidently dealt with our wasp issues and let me walk around with him while he treated our house and thoroughly explained every step in the process. We are happy to be on board!

Great service today, both outside and inside were treated. We already have noticed since returning to Aptive Pest Control, much less insect bites, then our last provider. Thank you!!!

The gentleman that came was very helpful, very friendly. I appreciate the services and would definitely recommend Aptive to new potential clients. The discount for already having service as great, saved us $100 even though $300 is a little much for one spray inside and out but I understand. Thank you again for the discounts and help with the nasty wasps/Yellowjacket’s etc.

Michael was the gentleman who came today. He was very thorough and explained what he was going to do. I would love to have him be our regular person that comes each month!!!

Efficient and friendly. But every tech you get is hit or miss. I have had some that are thorough, send you pics. This last one was barely here and said he couldn’t address my wasp issue because it was in between my window pane and I would have to call someone else, but I saw a lady with a review on here with hers in a window and they took care of it. If I keep having a wasp issue, I will let you all know because it’s the whole reason I got this service. I was tired of spraying wasp killer into my windows to kill them each year

Super nice people that came and got rid of an in ground yellow jacket nest. They were very professional and explained why they nested, what they were doing to eradicate and what we should do in next few days. I will use them again!
