Conner did an excellent job today. He let me know when he was on the, checked to see the service needed & was very efficient about getting it completed. He provided pictures & indicated what creatures he was taking care of. Great job Conner.

Really disappointed. The sales rep that sold us the contact lied about the rate and frequency. We found out we had been over charged for a long time and the company was not willing to make it right nor even answer the phone to cancel our account. The quality of service was also not great. Their pest person I would watch and they never looked for anything just took random pics - we even had multiple time another persons house was sent to us to show us what they did. They missed every single wasp nest every single time unless we came out to point out everything.

People from this company keep coming onto our property unannounced to provide services we have not asked for, despite repeatedly telling them we have no business relationship with them.

We recently moved into a place that we purchased. Every so often we will hear a massive scraping sound on the side of the house. When we go to inspect, an Aptive vehicle is parked in our driveway or in the street out front, and someone is spraying something along the sides of our house. The employees seem super confused as to why we come outside. We have informed them we don't require their services when they come, yet it has happened 3 times. We have 0 relations with this company.

We had our first appointment today with Aptive. Harry was very informative and very friendly. He described step by step what he was doing and the areas he was covering. We look forward to continuous protection with Aptive.

NaTasha was very knowledgeable of what she was there to do and got it done plus removed several hornet and wasp nest. In fact about 6 in all. I did not know we had them outside. Tasha was a very kind and sweet person. Please send her my way at all time. I don't want know one else but Tasha to come to my home... Very good experience!!!

Caleb provided the most thorough quarterly bug spray service we have had yet from Aptive. Typically around the fence and deck are not sprayed, resulting in so many spider webs being built up. He made sure to spray and clean those up for us. I know it's outdoors, however, we don't pay for a service because we can't do the service. We pay for it because we don't want to do it. Today, I feel as though he covered every inch of the yard, as if it were his own. I am very pleased with the service that he provided today. Thank you, Caleb!!!

Tasha was great. Very nice and understanding with my situation and she is a good listener. She sprayed all of the areas inside and outside to control the beetles, crickets, and spiders that I'm dealing with daily. Aptive is a great company and very discreet with there van when they show up. Definitely worth the effort. Thank You.

I have been using this service for nearly a year. The staff alerts you when they are 30 minutes away. They are polite and take time to discuss any concerns you have. They do a good job of treating both interior and exterior areas. They text photos of any issues they find and let you know what they did.

Promised to warranty my home for spiders and i think there are more spiders on my home after the treatment than before. Customer service sucks. Haven’t heard back after Facebook post and email. Wouldn’t recommend and I’m hoping for my money back. As you can tell from the pictures Im not really sure what they’re spraying for.

EDIT: Upgrading review after customer service experience. Chris from Aptive offered a full refund including any non-refundable fees. He was courteous and respectful and I appreciate the correspondence and solution.

Tasha was amazing! She came in and took down the wasp nest in my sons room with ease. Her customer service was above and beyond along with her great personality! So far I am extremely happy with my services!

In addition to treating the interior of my home they Al so concentrated heavily around the eaves and the foundation as well as sprayed the entire yard and granulated throughout. They also inspected around my home today for wasp, nests and spiderwebs. Very happy with the service

Technician Conner did a great job ! He communicated his ETA, asked in advance of concerns, or additional items needed. Communicated while on premise and provided photos and information of the service.

Michael was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the whole process and even showed me where he found mice droppings.

He took the time to knock down webs and nests that were surrounding my house and placed all the traps to ensure our mice problem would be under control.

I have had 2 poor customer service encounters with this company and I am not even a customer. The night that they were going door-to-door, they ignored my no soliciting sign and rang my doorbell after dark very late. Today they were treating my house instead of my neighbors (again not their customer). The technician was argumentative and very frustrated towards me about what house he was supposed to be at. I finally had to directly ask him to leave my property.

He claimed the picture in their system was of my house, but when he showed me his phone, it was very much of my neighbors. We have the same color house, but different floor plans, and visible house numbers. Not much attention to detail of where he was supposed to be.

Very thorough treatment spraying inside and outside for all kinds of insects and spiders. Also available were sticky mouse traps for those invasive little critters who try to come in during the winter. We had a very nice young man, easy to talk to, and he did all that I asked to be done.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing. They gave us a honest quote over the phone and offered a plan that fit our budget. Baily, the technician, was just wonderful!! She arrived on time, addressed our concerns by treating both the inside and outside of the house. She offered great customer service and was able to put us at ease as to the safety of our dogs.
In the beginning we only wanted a one time visit but the representative helped us choose a plan that would ultimately save us more money over time. Thank you ,thank you, thank you for making this an affordable and easy experience.

Great experience over the phone, but more importantly with the techs that came out to the house. Very polite and knowledgeable. They were thorough and complete, even including pictures with each visit.

I have been surprisingly impressed with Aptive. The Customer service center is no where near 5 stars but the techs we get sent to the house for our visit are always great. Haven't had a bad tech yet that didnt know what they were talking about or doing.
The sign up and logging into our account and dealing with customer service was and is ridiculous but for now we are doing fine with our services.
