The technician was very knowledgeable and let me know what he would be doing around my property.

Extremely pushy and aggressive solicitors that don’t care about no solicitor signs or no trespassing signs; your guy still rang and knocked, made the dog go crazy and woke up the sleeping baby. You guys know the ordinances.

Neighbors said your guy tried a locked door, another said your guy entered an open garage. We see your little logo around again PD are getting called asap.

One of your guys is going to get in serious doo doo, but let’s hope they don’t step foot into the wrong garage because they might get hurt.

When the tech came, he listened, listened to everything. Every request and even went above and beyond in service. The tech left me with sound advice as well; making sure I knew how each technician was supposed to treat my home when they come. Thoroughly. Just a plug, I chose Aptive over Blue Beetle because Blue Beetles customer service was sketchy and they cancelled without communication, wasted my time, and didn't follow up. Thanks Aptive for TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Chris was great. He called ahead of his arrival so we could make sure the dogs were in the house. He sent pictures of what he did. He did a great job.

They came on time, were thorough and I am delighted with the results. The mice are gone and I can have my coffee in the yard without getting bitten by insects. Thanks

Jason did a great job. He special treated for spiders in the basement. Followed up with photos and was polite and personable.

Harry provided outstanding service during his recent visit. He took extra time to address some new issues and was extremely personable.

Tasha was great. She introduced herself and made us comfortable in asking questions plus sharing our bug information with her. She did great outside too.

Bryan checked for signs of mice and performed a winter treatment for pests. We still have snow on the ground and the temperature is COLD. Now that is dedication!

The tech did not even ring the doorbell to tell me he was here. He did not even dust Cobb webs or refill the rodent trap. He kind of sprayed the back yard when others have used granules across the yard. So this visit was less than satisfactory

This company is a scam. We initially signed on and they refused to show up when scheduled and would only complete half the job, yet the charges still came every month. We tried to cancel repeatedly, however they kept charging us. Do not give this company your business.

They have always done a great job inside and out! Conner is very knowledgeable and kept us informed regarding any issues he came across.

Absolutely wonderful service and very thorough. Needed to get rid of the flies before our house goes on the market and they definitely came through right on time. Was extremely grateful!

They sprayed the wrong house. Didn’t respond to my message that it is not my house you are spraying

Harry arrived early and provided very good service. He took the time and attention to address an additional issue that I was having, and provided exceptional service above and beyond the normal maintenance. A+

Not happy with the communication. At our last vist, we need additional items, which I thought they would note in our account. I reminded them of those items before their service this morning. They were prepared with a couple items, but not not all. I would suggest that you as a customer, just do your own treatments. We have to go out and purchase items we previously listed. Find another company or do it yourself. Much less frustrating and better peace of mind.

Might as well Just throw your money away. The price doubled all of a sudden and they said there was nothing they could do about it until I said I would cancel, then they could knock off $25. I asked them to cancel and they still charge me the monthly service charge, and was met with nothing but passive aggressive responses from their customer service. they said they would send me a paper bill for the cancellation fee however, the very next day they greedily automatically deducted it from my account. A + for shady practices!
I had better luck with Ecoshield, never saw spiders or ants with them but after 5 months with Aptive they’re everywhere.

The tech Tasha was very personable. She clearly listened to me and provided all the service we needed. She can service our home any time.

The individual service techs are great. The service itself is fine. But if you need to talk with a live person who can help with an account question, good luck. Chat bots abound. Customer service links don’t work.
