Alan and Ian have been incredibly respectful and helpful. They’ve helped us understand every step of the process, their price came in lower than others for a new a/c and they were here next day to install after walking us through all the options. They’ve made sure everything is functional and even showed us where some of our vents in the basement weren’t properly hooked up and helped us fix those.

I've used KC HVAC Savers twice now, and they have far exceeded my expectations both times. I've tried other local companies in the past but after my experience with KC HVAC Savers, I'll never look back!

The first time they repaired my AC, the service was fantastic. Just yesterday, I had them out to service my furnace for the winter. Their $69 winter tune-up was much more affordable than what others charge, so I was a bit skeptical at first. But wow, what an experience!

Not only did they do a thorough inspection, but they also found a wiring issue that could have caused serious damage—and they fixed it at no extra charge! That level of honesty and service is rare.

I received a call back the same day, The director of operations and development, Alan Cardonzo was able to answer all of my questions. Mr. Cardonzo had an opening on Thursday and set up an appointment with a technician in 2 hours . The technician (Ian) arrived promptly, was professional, very polite and clearly explained the process of replacing fan blowing . Ian answered all of my questions on how the fan blower would the cold air in my home. I felt completely confident in Ian’s expertise and how professional he was. I would highly recommend KC HVAC Savers to anyone looking for a company who puts the customer’s needs first.

Thank you, KC HVAC Savers! I don't post many reviews but need to let folks know I needed some work done and within two hours a tech was at my front door ready to work. Very polite, and told me exactly what he was doing and why, which I greatly appreciated. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the price was very reasonable. I've found my "Go-to" company for my HVAC needs! Awesome job, thank you!

Both techs were kind and very patient. They explain everything they were going to do and did. Also installed ne thermostat. They were great.

Ian was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing and gave me tips to increase the life of my heater. Have already scheduled for him to arrive air conditioner in the spring!

On a super hot and humid Friday evening, one of our AC units stopped blowing cold. Before we knew, the internal temp climbed to 83. Called Allen at 1000 pm and we had a tech over on Saturday morning. Ours is a 12 year old system, but instead of trying to upsell us a new system, the tech did troubleshooting. Found faulty capacitor on compressor side. Replaced it and the unit was back up and running by noon. In the world where most HVAC companies are interested in selling you new systems OR charging you an arm and leg, it was refreshing to deal with Allen and his crew. Thank you!!

I manage several properties in KC and needed someone to help with a tenants AC. Alan was great from start to finish. He explained what the issue was in great detail and didn’t make me feel bad even though I have no clue what all of it meant. His techs worked tirelessly until the job was done. Our fairly new AC unit stopped working this weekend. I have a home warranty service with AB May which I pay about $100 a month. The big corporate HVAC company told me it would be 3 days before they’d get to me. I found KC HVAC Savers and they listened to me and worked their best to help us out. They were able to come over the day I called. Mark came over, inspected the situation, gave me a thorough easy to understand explanation of the issue, and fixed the problem (also gave my dogs some treats). Additionally, I thought I’d have to pay a bit of premium due to the heat and all the emergency needs around the area, but no the cost was so reasonable. Thank you all at KC HVAC Savers. We are glad to have found an honest, knowledgeable HVAC company in the KC area.

Incredible team, incredibly responsive and incredibly fair priced. I put out a request to multiple vendors and they got in contact with me same day I put the request out, and were able to have somebody out at our house the next day. The person who came and worked on our HVAC system was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable, and they were able to diagnose the issue in less than an hour and have a resolution proposed in next steps identified.

The pricing of the quote was incredibly fair, and the moment I signed off on the proposed scoped work, they ordered the parts needed to do the repair, and were out the next day with the newly ordered parts and fixed our AC completely!

Not to mention all of this was happening during a pretty significant heat wave for the state of Kansas, so their sense of urgency was much appreciated, especially when we didn’t even ask for them to move as quickly as they did!

I will absolutely be recommending KC HVAC Savers to all of my neighbors, friends, and family!!
