This system was a replacement of the original 25 year old A/C system, which failed recently. I was advised by the KC HVAC crew the A/C was done. So I went ahead and ordered new heating (furnance) when AC was installed. Since I had ago and left us with our Ordered and installed new A/C unit plus went ahead and changed the current 25 year old furnace unit at same time. Although I have a Select Home Warranty Platinum policy SHW decided because it was a FREON problem, warranty didn't cover!!
There went about $15K.

Anyway KC HVAC did everything required CORRECTLY and I found every employee to be knowledgeable and genuinely concerned to get it done correctly.
At least I found a "go to" company for future HVAC problems.

These guys are great! Family-owned, experienced, and you can tell they really care. Shout-out to Mark for coming in on a Saturday, taking care of our HVAC, clearing weeds from the outtake, and even showing off his Halloween setup. Super cool guy.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Alan Cardozo and his team at KC HVAC Savers for the installation of a Mitsubishi 2-ton mini-split in our three car garage, and we couldn’t be more impressed!

My tech, Ian, was awesome! Very knowledgeable. He took his time and I actually learned a lot talking to him. Alan had a conversation with me about a few of my options and eased my mind about the entire install! I think I found my HVAC guys.

Mark and Jayden came over to help us figure out our heating system. We didn’t know if it was broken or if we just didn’t understand it. They were so great!!! They nicely educated us, made us feel comfortable, and gave us great advice. We truly appreciated how great they were and we will call them again any time we need anything related to heating and cooling. We are so happy we found them!

Ian is the only service tech that I've ever dealt with to have invited me to hover over him while he works. He welcomed any question that I asked and took the time to educate me without making me feel like a nuisance. I don't know if the other techs for this company are like that but you gotta request Ian if you can. I promise you won't regret it. Oh, I also spoke to Alan, the owner, the previous night when my furnace went out and he gave me a quote that would still allow us to celebrate Christmas. These guys get my business from now on. KC HVAC Savers did an outstanding job on my recent HVAC repair. I initially called another company to come look at my issue and they were quick to diagnosis it as not worth repairing, then pushed for replacing the entire system with a new one.

Mark from KC HVAC Savers came out and ran multiple tests on my system, then explained his analysis of the issue in terms that I could understand. We talked through possible solutions including the pros and cons of repair vs replacement. In the end, he was able to repair the issue for a reasonable price, and got my system up and running the next day.

My Central Air Unit went out one morning. After a day, i couldn't take anymore. I shopped around through recommendations and referrals, I received a text to speak to someone.

I explained what I could over the phone. I had Ian, the HVAC tech over in just a little over an hour. He was very patient, and explained everything in specific details I could understand, and after diagnosis, he got to work.

Within an hour, I had a working AC Unit again. Even gave me tips on what I could do to get the most out of my furnace and AC Unit.

I called about a nonworking thermostat. Within a half hour, Ian was at my home and checked the whole system and installed a new digital thermostat. Ian was professional, kind, and skilled. I am so grateful for their quick response and unpressured exchange. I highly recommend this company as I felt they were ethical and honest.

Jayden arrived on time and was friendly. He performed a maintenance check on our furnace, replaced loose wiring and fixed a hole on the system. He also noticed we had not installed our carbon monoxide detector and offered to install it. It was still in the package and he noticed that it expired in 2001! That was before we even lived here. I needed to get a furnace tune-up done. Ian came on time and did an excellent job of checking and cleaning all the relevant parts and explained to me what he was doing. Moreover, he fixed the whole house humidifier by quickly diagnosing and removing the clog in the solenoid valve without charging extra money. Their price was also quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company for HVAC work.

These guys are great! Very thorough and trustworthy and communicate well. Ian and Alan came out to quote some repairs and saw that I’d locked myself out of the house as I was rushing to leave. They were still loading their tools and helped me get back into my house. It was freezing outside and they were lifesavers!
