Yet another reckless driver...

This morning at 7:50AM (08/02/23) I was taking the 66B exit on I-435 North and the Johnson Controls van still on the highway right next to me swerved over to try and take the exit at the very last second. Came within a foot of hitting me even after I swerved away to avoid a collision. Had I not been paranoid about people doing that and not paying attention then I would've 100% been hit.

I looked over after they swerved back onto the highway and his face was still buried in the phone that he was holding.

It's not hard to figure out who was driving a van, where, and at what time. Seems like there may be many more incidents of this repeated reckless behavior, though others may not have left a review about it. Any ethical amd responsible company would take action to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Started a contract at the property I manage with Johnson Control. Ron Elkins has been extremely helpful in assisting me with addressing some Fire and Safety Compliance Issues. Brendan Hoffman was also exceptional in customer service upon performing an inspection at my property. So far I am very impressed with Johnson Controls. Much more pleased than in my previous experience with Cintas.

Your Drivers are going to kill someone. Truck # 160820 license plate 30BG59 was weaving in and out of traffic on Main Street on 6/11 and cut off multiple people with no blinker.

Your business’s name is on the side of the trucks, teach them how to use a turn signal!

Driving on K-10 this morning @6:55am and had a Johnson controls driver flip me off after he was the one swerving all over. Not a good look for you company…

I was very disappointed with the behavior of one of this company’s drivers. While traveling on i70, their driver was texting and swerving all over the road, creating a dangerous situation for everyone around them. It’s concerning to see this kind of reckless behavior, especially in a company vehicle that should be representing the business in a professional manner.

Contacted Metro Air and spoke to Ally Cole to schedule some plumbing service. Needed a couple of toilets replaced, new whole house filtration installed, and some shutoff valves replaced. Ally was able to schedule me promptly and was very friendly. She sent out technician Dawlton Bennett. Dawlton is very knowledgeable and very polite. I would recommend both if you need some plumbing work done. Very professional.

Valerie complained the whole time because we had a Home Warranty Plan. Then she didn't put in for a repair. We spent over 6 weeks without AC from end of May to July. Called and owner or Valerie never responded. Beware if you use this company. The worst customer service.

After years of my water main leaking. Dawlton Bennett fixed it within 2 hours!!! Thanks Dawlton!!!
