Dawlton was a life saver. At the end of the day on a Friday afternoon. Having trouble with a couple of showers valves at a new property I just started working at. He went out of his way to help and get the job done. Resident was so happy. Thanks Dawlton.

Used MetroAir to fix tub drain. The plumber, Dawlton, was very professional and did an excellent job. He took the time to find the drain we needed when the one we had wouldn’t work.

Metro Air tech did not show up for first appointment, no notice or follow up. I had to reschedule. Then they charged me over $300 for basically a consultation. Tech was at our home 10 minutes and did not even use a tool. I never received an invoice and they charged my account. When I called to resolve the issue it took 4 calls to talk with someone and they offered me a $42 credit but refused to tell me what the itemized costs where on my invoice. I had to pay $269 for someone to come out and spend a few minutes inspecting our water softener system. I was totally willing to pay for a service call but this is price gouging and terrible customer service.

Dawlton recently came to our rescue! Another contractor installed a quartz countertop and undermount sink, but unfortunately they also drilled the faucet hole too close to the sink. The metal wash used to secure the faucet could not sit flush, so the faucet wobbled. Dawlton came up with the idea to trim out part of the undermount sink basin to correct the problem. This workaround demonstrates Dawlton's problem solving skills and willingness to go the extra mile. It also saved us alot of heartache. THANK YOU, Dawlton.

Had another ac company trying to get me to pay $10k for a brand new ac. So I called these guys and they came out fixed a leak that I had and were very honest and trustworthy about everything. They saved me a ton of money!

Dawlton showed up at 8am ready to roll had all his tools and parts and replaced shut offs on a couple toilets and several sinks in a short amount of time. He went over and above tracking down a faucet match for replacement of one with a leak. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will request him next time for sure!!

Our manufacturing plant needed some plumbing to be handled right after the holiday. I had never used MetroAirs plumbing side but I have been A+ happy with the HVAC side.
I made the call and in no time Dawlton and his sidekick showed up. I knew the job was going to be a bigger one but in no time they did all that needed done and clean ups were made properly. I am a bit fussy about customer service but these two fellas aced it and I will have them back anytime. Very happy with their service, and now Metro Air as a whole. Keep up the great customer service, it's hard to find and hard to maintain but worth it to me. Metro, hang onto these fellas.

I had roots in my main line that I had to discover the "hard" way. I contacted Metro and Dawlton was at my home in just a few hours. He fixed my issues and went above and beyond to make sure any plumbing issues I had were fixed that day. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Os went above and beyond to come after hours to fix our ac unit that had gone out mid day! By the time I realized it, it was 80 degrees in our house!
He came in with a smile on his face and went right to work! He was able to fix it and leave less than an hour later with us having cool air again!

Os came out today for a seasonal checkup. As always the tech was polite, clean, and didn't disturb me while I worked. He gave a few suggestions after doing his checks, and that was that. Quick, simple, respectful. Just another reason I keep using Hamilton.
