Mr. OS was an amazing technician! He really took the time to hear my description of our AC issues even though I didn’t know the best way to convey everything. He made me feel comfortable and didn’t once make me feel embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. He took the time to check ALL components and really confirm the extent of REQUIRED repairs vs. optional. If I ever need someone back out for an issue I will be requesting him!

Oswaldo was a real professional. 10/10. He was just here for a checkup but took the time to work on some preventative maintenance which I’m sure will save me thousands in the long run. And also helped out in areas where he wasn’t required to. Great service

Oswaldo was professional, wore boot covers even when I told him it wasn’t necessary, explained everything he was doing and what to expect after fixing my a/c unit. I felt very informed and really appreciated him taking the time to be thorough!

Oswaldo is remarkable...diagnosed it immediately. Knows his industry and exudes trust. I've trusted Hamilton for years... my last system that I bought from them I was living in a nursing home for three months... following a major disability. They gave me a good deal and I had their service techs install the system when I was not even living in the home. This time I was so glad that I was a service partner so they came immediately.

The technician sent out was fantastic. Knew what he was doing. Explained everything in a manner I understood. Polite, friendly AND cleaned up his debris completely. A BIG Thank you to the plumber and a pat on the back ! I WILL use Hamilton Plumbing for all my needs in the future.

This morning Os from Bob Hamilton came to service our furnace for the winter. This is the first time Os has been our tech. When he was finished inspecting the furnace he gave me his results. He explained his findings and was very easy to understand. He found noticed our humidifier filter was the original filter and really needed to be changed. No other techs have caught this. He was professional but also very friendly and personable. We will be requesting Os for all our future needs.

Appointment was 12-4. Technician or the dispatch never called or showed up for appointment. I called company, they stated Technician vehicle broke and I need to call and reschedule.

We got a special promotion at Lowe's for a $29 tune up and inspection. The guy who came out from Hamilton, named Derek, was very kind and informative. He was very respectful in our home and did a wonderful job. He replaced our filter and checked our furnace and AC unit, he gave us information about amperage, wiring, and parts on the unit that will be needing repair soon. He was able to tell us how old our systems were (which is great since we bought our home 4 years ago and dont know much about what the previous owners did) and good estimates on their life span. Based on his professionalism I would happily call Hamilton company for my future needs. Hes a wonderful employee and when we need service I'll be happy to call him!

Spoke to a gentleman the night before about getting service done. The time of the appointment they called and said I'm outside of the service area. Wasted a day. How they wouldn't know that setting up the service call i will never know. Do not recommend.

Let's just set the scene.. Don't TLDR me yet folks.
Your A/C unit quits working and to be honest you don't know what you don't know about the system. You do the smart thing and attempt to research some, but most of the research is based on what you know and it leads you down multiple holes on the internet that don't exactly tell you what all needs to be done to get your A/C working again. You make some calls to companies recommended by your internet searches.

The first company shows up. The individual is nice and professional in appearance, but doesn't really hit home with the pricing. You later find out that all the details you were told during this visit are important, but that there were many details missing that you never thought about. These people are supposed to be the experts, but instead of asking more probing questions they leave and you find out later all the stuff you SHOULD have asked during this visit. It should also be noted that they dropped the name for the second company which makes sense because anyone in the area can beat company #2 pricing.

The second company shows up. This is a local company that has "Supported this area for 30+ years". You find that there are a lot of hidden issues within their pricing and they ultimately end up double the price of anyone around. They pray on those individuals that lack the time to research and those that are naive to shopping around. Their appearance is hardly professional and they just tell you what they are going to do instead of really discussing options. You learned from the first salesman that company 1 is still the better option and that "serving the local community for 30 years" doesn't mean much in this industry.

The third company shows up and you should be an expert at this point with the walkthroughs and the discussions. Insert Adam Preston with Hamilton. Adam called ahead before showing up at the house and ensured that he was here for the agreed upon window. Adam came in and took great care to discuss the options with us. Knowing the last few quotes of course, my fiance and I were prepared for sticker shock. It didn't happen which was great, but this story isn't truly about JUST the sale price (though for my area in Country Club, it was a GREAT price compared to 4 other companies). Adam spent time sitting down and making a connection. Adam took the time to attempt to answer any questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. When looking at the salesmen sent out, there is a strong lack of honesty or even caring in the salesmen sent by other companies. Because of the experience primarily (yes some the price) I will absolutely recommend Hamilton to friends and family and if possible Adam to assist with their setup. Not only did he make the pitch easy, he also assisted with all the financing paperwork AND the company was out and installed me the very next day. Installation went SMOOTH and the installers both walked me through the usage of my new system and ensured I knew the ins/outs and asked genuinely if I had any questions.

With the companies warranties and the manufacturer warranties I can say that I am happy and the house feels as it should again! They even brought up and had great pricing on the whole home humidifiers!!

We won't even talk about the company 4 & 5. They were truly horrid and not worth more than the mere mention.

From the Management to the techs this was a great experience, Matt and Colton could not have been more helpful. Had another company come out and they tried to upsell me and tell me that my system was completely shot, Colton came in diagnosed the problem and not one time try to sell me something that wasn't needed. He did a great job and got is up and running.

Comprehensive HVAC is top notch! Excellent, honest and friendly! Highly recommend.
