I have used Ascend for over three years. They do an excellent (and fast) job at leaf removal and overall yard clean up!

Ascend has handled our yard work for several years. It started with Ryan and his crew mulching our flowerbeds and around our foundation. Ascend now does our mowing, lawn treatments, seeding, leaf removal and clearing snow from our walk and driveway. Last winter my son lost a tree in an ice storm. I asked Ryan if he could help. He and his crew were there the same day and quickly took care of things. His staff are friendly and very competent. Communication is great and they always take time to talk if I have questions.

I have used Ryan for close to 10 years for a variety of diffent things in my yard from aerating and reseeding every fall to mulching every spring. Always on time and they do an immaculate job. I had checked pricing with different Companies before and always found Ascend was less expensive than most. They care about your yard! Not only do they do a great job they are good people! I would highly recommend ascend for whatever your yard needs!

We’ve been using Ascend for a number of years now, starting first with aeration and over seeding in the fall and eventually getting year round service including fertilizing. As a result of their services our yard is in great shape and we are saved the time and energy from having to manage it ourselves.

10/10- they showed up early. We had a huge project and they went above and above. The team completed the job in a timely manner, were fantastic at communicating, cleaned up everything after and were extremely professional! They were reasonably priced and did a great job! I recommend them to anyone!

Ryan and his crew maintained my lawn for 2.5 years. Even though I wasn't the largest client he had, he was always very attentive to my requests. His prices are fair and in line with the Johnson County competition. My lawn clearly looks the best it ever has. Thanks Ryan and crew!

I’m really disappointed with my experience.

I first contacted Ascend in October about a front yard landscaping project and a paver patio in the back. After an initial call, we scheduled an on-site meeting about a week later. We spent close to an hour walking through the project, and I took time off work to be available.

A couple of weeks later, I received a brief text with material suggestions, which I replied to right away. After that, communication stopped. A few weeks later, I followed up by phone and left a voicemail that was never returned. I then sent a text and was told they were behind due to the snow we got in late November, even though the snow happened 3 weeks after our meeting, and that I’d receive a quote the following week.

More than a month has now passed, and I still haven’t received a quote or any follow-up. I understand that delays happen, but being completely ghosted after an on-site visit is frustrating and unprofessional.

If they were no longer interested in the project, a quick message would’ve gone a long way. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

Ryan and Ascend Lawn and Landscape have been our yard company for several years. For landscaping, spring and fall clean-up, grass treatments and snow removal. He and his guys always do thorough competent work. They are professional and easy to work with. I would not hire anyone else.

The team does a great job making sure our lawn is healthy and that we know what we need to do and when, like watering. Their leaf removal job is outstanding and super quick. Ryan and team provide exceptional customer service and keeps you informed through the year.

This team took on an extremely steep hardscape and we were very happy with the end results. Kind workers were easy to communicate with and made appropriate adjustments to tackle the steep terrain. The pictures speak for themselves!
