While I'd like to write a positive review with a star rating, I'm compelled to write a review with, effectively, zero stars - Google won't let me submit with zero stars so I have to give 1 star.
I arranged for a visit on Saturday, 2/21 and was, effectively, forced to pay a premium, relative to competitors, for a weekend visit as I am not available during the week.
At 2:01PM on 2/21, I was informed a visit was no longer feasible due to a, 'high volume of emergency service requests'.
This, of course, is fine as we arranged - via text - for a visit the next day, Sunday, 2/22.
At 5:32PM on 2/21, the visit was confirmed. A few pleasantries ensued, again, via text.
At 8:54PM on 2/21, I was asked to confirm the appointment and was informed a technician would contact me between 7AM and 8AM on 2/22 to share their ETA and that I should be ready to answer their call, otherwise, service will be delayed. Further, the text indicated that if an arrival as early as 8AM worked for me, to reply with a "C" to the text. Which I did at 8:57PM
At 9:54 on 2/21, another text came to me that read, 'we are trying to confirm your appointment for the first of the day.' Again, I was informed a call would come to me between 7AM and 8AM and to be ready to answer the call.
At 10:01PM on 2/21, I responded that I had already confirmed.
At 7:56AM on 2/22, I had not received any phone, text, or other communication regarding a visit so I sent a text message asking for a status on the ETA for the technicians visit.
At 10:16AM on 2/22, I am electing to write this review giving this organization 0 stars even though, again, Google compels me to leave a rating with no less than 1 star.
I don't write reviews very often but when I am willing to pay a premium for an accommodation and then expectations are not only not met but I am 'ghosted', well, I find that inexcusable.

Excellent and professional service. Replaced our entire system - 2 furnaces and 2 A/C’s all on a freezing cold day in January. The techs were outstanding and did a great job. I would highly recommend Anthony Heating & Cooling.

Ben did a fantastic job servicing our furnace today. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about every step of the maintenance process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. I really appreciated his thoroughness and friendly attitude.

We had to replace our main sewer piping and drain in our basement to the outside. Also we had new sewer line outside replaced. It was a big job and a lot of hard work. Piping turned out excellent. Very professional service.

Had a pipe burst and Anthony PHCE was there within a couple hours and had it fixed quickly. Carson was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. I will no doubt recommend them to friends and family.

Jacob is thorough and well informed. He went out of his way to explain the inner workings of my complex HVAC system(s) allowing me to make the smartest decisions possible as a homeowner. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

Gabe did a great job, he was very thorough in evaluating the plumbing issue and had what he needed in stock on the truck to replace. I was very grateful that Anthony could send someone the same day I called!

David did a wonderful job with the furnace inspection and cleaning. Also told us about the serge protective device that could be added on to the furnace which we did have done. Did a great job explaining and showing.us the device that was installed. Will get him to come back for next inspection when due.

Richard was amazing and very professional. He was able and willing to go into my crawl space to clear my main line (when other plumbing companies were not). I appreciate all his efforts and his attitude to get the job done and done right.

Jaron and his co worker were very considerate and task oriented. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. Jaron explained how the repair went . He also stated we could call back if anything needed addressing further after the repair. Highly recommend.

Pablo was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! He made sure we understood why he was recommending various fixes or work. He even caught an error a previous tech missed that saved us tons of money. He was great!

I recently had a water leak detection system installed by Gabe, and the entire experience was outstanding. His attention to detail was obvious from the moment he arrived—he took the time to explain the setup, verify every connection, and make sure the system was calibrated perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with genuine professionalism, but Gabe delivered on both. I feel much more confident in my home’s protection thanks to his work. Highly recommend.

We had more electricity run to our garage. Kyler and Alex did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Will definitely use Anthony again!

Anthony from Anthony’s Plumbing was absolutely incredible. Our water heater went out on a Saturday, and he went above and beyond to help us. He drove several hours to get a new unit and had it installed the same day. The quality of his work was excellent, and his professionalism and kindness stood out the entire time.

It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Anthony does. We’re extremely grateful for his hard work, fast response, and genuine personality. If you need a trustworthy, skilled plumber, Anthony is the one to call. Highly recommend!

Christopher was wonderful. He did a thorough evaluation, pointed out important deficits to my current system and repaired them on the spot. He went out of his way to address some specific problems that I had with outdoor outlets for my garden fountains and installed a new outlet to resolve the issue. He was just a super cool guy and a pleasure to work with.

This was our first time using them and we had such a positive experience with Anthony PHC&E. We had a furnace inspection and had also been having some issues with our humidifier that were resolved the same day. Pablo was our technician and he was prompt, friendly, and did a wonderful job explaining everything in clear and understandable terms. I truly appreciated that the company sent me a text with the tech's name and a picture of them before they arrived - this is not something I've seen anywhere else and it's a great service detail. You've got a new ongoing customer for sure!

He was very polite, he knew what he needed to do. He did it well he explained everything to us and we were very pleased with the outcome. He told me some things that need to be done. We completed one of his recommendations .

First, the whole booking process is done via automated machine and sucks. No mistakes allowed. They find the soonest appointment available and neglect to tell you it's more expensive on the weekend than on weekdays. $120 service fee gets the tech out of their van and into your home. THEN, it's an additional diagnostic fee of $180 before you can even get a quote. Money is tight for my family right now so I can't just blindly accept the first offer, which is good, because these guys quoted me almost DOUBLE the first guys I had out. When I declined further services, the service tech, who was kind and understanding, then went tone deaf and asked if I wanted to buy the battle pass or reward program or whatever. I kindly declined and he left. I have gotten several emails, multiple phone calls, and incessant text messages since their visit, obviously upset with me not partaking their services and continuing pushing the monthly subscriptions service and google review. Well here it is: Clearly they paid for their 4.9 star rating using the pretty penny they make overcharging for everything. I'm sure you'll get good service from them, but be prepared to hand over your first born to do so.

From beginning to end, Anthony Plumbing was a good experience during a bad situation. Evan D. was fantastic to work with. He was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about getting us back up and running as quickly as possible, even same-day service during a snowstorm! He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and treated our home with respect. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers.

Due to stellar service and workmanship a plumber from Anthony provided several years ago, I had no doubt I would call them again for future services - this time for electrical work. Timothy took time to listen to our needs and was able to resolve them fully, quickly and professionally, even offering extra tips for future use.

I want to give an honest review for Anthony PHCE Tristan Adair; I I could not have asked for a more professional plumbing technician to come repair my sump pump. He answered all my questions before and after service and did a great job keeping me informed of cost and repairs needed. When I book anything plumbing related, I will be sure to ask for this specific technician to respond.
