Reviews of local pros in Lenexa, Kansas

My favorite days are the ones I come home from work and my house has been cleaned top to bottom. TCA is amazing, a very friendly group and very detailed. The app is easy to use, I can change a cleaning day if I need to, and they are so quick! I have two teenagers and I don't imagine cleaning my house is easy, I appreciate all they do.

We hired The Cleaning Authority for a one-time cleaning prior to moving into our new home. The entire process was extremely efficient-from the initial phone consultation to the booking of the service to the email reminders of the service to the day of service (in which the staff showed up right on time) to the follow up of the service itself. The staff who performed the service and the oversight of the service were friendly and professional. If asked, I would recommend The Cleaning Authority to others.

My team is wonderful! They are great with my dog, ask if my baby needs a nap and they will do her room first, etc. so friendly and respectful. Everything looks amazing when they are done and they work so hard. We appreciate them so much!

Very happy with this cleaning service! Our home is spotless and smells so clean! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

They did a great job cleaning my basement! Would absolutely recommend!

It's a shame that the scale stops at only 5 Stars! They need to restyle the company name to "THE Cleaning Authority". That's because they are THE authority; hands down.

Communications was fast, efficient, and friendly. Everything was explained perfectly. Pricing was straightforward and clear.

The cost was NOT $19 as seen on TV. Actually, it was far from that. I did NOT want a $19 house cleaning. Who would? I wanted trustworthy cleaning professionals in my apartment. That's exactly what I got for my money.

I will use THE Cleaning Authority for my upcoming move out cleaning because I know I can count on them doing everything right. I highly recommend this company.

Update: I did ask THE Cleaning Authority Lenexa to handle my apartment move out cleaning. As before, the work was done professionally once again. Well done!

We have been using Cleaning Authority Lenexa KS for some time now. We have been so pleased with Belin & Jennifer Team # 3! They are so consistent and pay attention to details. They also are kind and great personality’s :• }!

The Cleaning Authority did a great job on their move-out ready cleaning services. They were kind enough to be understanding of working around things that were still in the process of being moved out. Not to mention everything looks great. I would definitely recommend choosing them if you ever need your house cleaned.

The Cleaning Authority was able to do a deep clean on short notice. The team that arrived did an excellent job. We thought the shower was beyond hope, but they were able to make it look new again!

They did an excellent job doing a "deep cleaning" service!

Started using The Cleaning Authority for regular full house cleanings, and I am so glad I did. Team #8 (Carolina and Maryori) left the house spotless. I would highly recommend if you’re considering it, worth every penny!

Appreciate having the same cleaning team each time. Friendly staff and efficient job done.

I was very happy with their cleaning services for my first time!

This was my first experience using any kind of cleaning service. Jennifer and Belen were punctual and professional. It was a big job. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Reuben and Veronica were pleasurable to do business with as well. I will recommend your company every chance I get. Thanks!!

I loved my professional clean from The Cleaning Authority team!! It was amazing to leave my house for a couple hours, run errands and come to a sparkling clean home. Lucy and Yolanda were thorough and handled everything gently. Would highly recommend!

Yolanda and Lucy did a wonderful job of deep cleaning my house. It feels so wonderful and I love the little touches such as the throw blankets on the beds made to look like bows.

Really great experience all around. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent experiences by this location and team. Have used them twice and both times 100% pleased. Not only with the awesome cleaning services provided but also with their responsiveness, friendliness, and flexibility. They provided a huge relief during a very stressful time and I am truly grateful. Highly recommend!!
