Jaxson did an amazing job cleaning our windows. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and the pricing was reasonable. I would recommend Dicus Pro and we will definitely use them again! ~ Martin & Lisa

They did a great job--they were efficient with their time and my windows looked great!

Braden & Mike cleaned the windows at my workplace today and they did a fabulous job. We had been without someone doing this task for far too long. We didn't realize how awful it had become until the windows and interiors had been thoroughly cleaned. WOW what a difference. I now have Dicus Pro set-up on a quarterly schedule.

I purchased the window premium package which included track and sill cleaning. My tracks were left dirty and with dead gnats remaining. I was told by Josh (owner) that they try to balance people's expectation of clean with cost and that they don't expect the windows to be cleaned to a "surgical level of precision". And that while the picture below isn't up to par, they don't require the corners of the window tracks to be cleaned as part of the premium package. I was offered a refund of $4/window or for them to come back and re-clean the tracks. I decided to take the refund and do it myself since cleaning the corners isn't included.

Braden was great. He had a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, answered all of my questions and concerns calmly and politely, took his shoes off at the door, moved everything away from the windows himself (with the exception of the plant table) and called me by name every time he addressed me. I was impressed with his speed, diligence and the overall outcome. Dicus is our go-to window washing company.

Josh and his crew were fantastic for our Parkville home. Windows, driveway & deck have never looked better!

My windows, screens and sills were spotless and the young man that did the work was a hard worker and polite. It was wonderful to wake up to bright shiny windows!

Dicus is always very professional and efficient; not to mention, their work and customer service is excellent. Devon took great care with my home, plants and pups too!

Notice of appointment is provided before the service technician arrives. Windows are cleaned appropriately and employee is pleasant to work with. Any changes to service are accepted and executed.

Josh and his team were clear and prompt in their scheduling and communication. They were careful to make sure I was pleased with the job prior to leaving; even going over a few trouble spots a second time.

Very prompt and professional! Did a wonderful job!
