They showed up, spent 20 minutes and when we returned we had to clean the floors ourselves because they were still not cleaned properly. Then when we contacted the owner to discuss our disappointment, she was completely unprofessional. Very disappointing. We urge you to use a company that actually cleans your floors properly and does not attack when you explain how expectations were not met. We even sent a video of how they were not cleaned properly after. Just upsetting.

I can't say enough good things about Camille and her team! They come into my commercial building and do a fantastic job....professional, courteous and fast! I would recommend them to anyone needing a clean....Will never use anyone else!

Definitely recommend for move-out cleaning! I called around to a bunch of different places and their hourly rate is not only the cheapest I found, they also quoted literally half the amount of time anyone else did. Not only did they finish quickly, they were also super nice about going over things I asked them to touch up just a little more. I didn’t get dinged on a single thing on move out and spent about a third of what everyone else was asking! Highly recommend!!!

Consistently good quality cleaning, even after a whole YEAR of regular (every other week) service. Plus, the maids were always friendly.

After cycling through 4 other maid services to clean my home, I was almost ready to give up on the idea. The pattern was similar each time -- a great first clean in which you get their best team and their best results as they try to hook you. Then, either right away or gradually over time, things just don't feel as clean and you wonder what happened. For this reason, I would be wary of any review from someone who hasn't used a maid service for at least six months.

I have used Green Clean for over a year. Every time they came out, they did a good job. When (rarely) something got missed, they handled it. I highly recommend this service.

Camille spends time to understand each customer's needs and guiding her crew accordingly. They have cleaned my house twice and both times I was satisfied. I love it that they don't use any chemicals, just natural cleaning products.

Our experience with Green Clean KC was positive for about a year, and then horror struck. They did a move-out clean for us this past week and the tub faucet wand was not placed properly on its holster. It then fell that night while the house was not occupied and leaked through the bathroom floor and into the living room all night until the new owners discovered it the next morning during their walk through. The result is now thousands of dollars in damage, and it delayed close on the house. Camille has refused to give us a refund or even provide us with a Certificate of Insurance so we can file a claim. She will accept no responsibility for what occurred which is creating a nightmare scenario for my family and I. For anyone using this company, I recommend you request a copy of their COI before letting them enter your home. Because if something bad happens, they will not work with you.

I love working with Camille and the ladies. Everyone is always nice and easy to work with. If there is ever a problem, Camille is always there to work with you and rectify any problem. I will continue to use them and take stress off of me.

Love, love, LOVE Green Clean. Camille has been coming to clean my home twice a month for the past few months, and I can't say enough great things about her and the company. First of all, she's awesome and totally friendly. But she is a PRO when it comes to making my house look gorgeous. And she's fast and thorough and uses all-natural cleaning products, which is important to me.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I know how important it is to find someone good and trustworthy (especially if they are coming into your home), and this company is totally that and more. So if you're looking for someone to come clean, I totally recommend them!

I have been using these services for a about a year now, and every time Camille and her crew comes to my home, I am beyond impressed with how well they clean! I have never actually gotten the pleasure of meeting Camille in person, however when I first contacted her about using her cleaning services, I could tell right away she was a genuine person who would take good care of my home. We have had Green Clean clean our home on a regular basis for almost 7 years now and they have done a great job. Always friendly, always leave the house clean, and pay attention to details like making the beds look nice and even making toilet paper look nice. Camille has always been flexible and accommodating to our needs. Love that they use non-toxic cleaning products. Highly recommend!

Disappointed in the service I received. I agreed to pay a premium expecting a non-toxic, higher quality clean as advertised. The girls arrived with an old vac (that was visibly full of waste, don’t love that), a cheap mop, and other unidentifiable bottles. Neither spoke any English so I couldn’t ask about products or communicated what I wanted done. The girls seemed to do the best they could with what they had. This service was significantly more expensive for a small apartment than I pay for my house that is 3x the size. WAY overpriced for the service you actually get sadly.

Scheduled service with them a month in advance and they did not show up at the scheduled time and place or answer any of my phone calls.
