It saves me so much time being able to rely on them to come and clean and I don’t have to worry about them not showing up or being late. I trust them 100% in My Home! Everything is fresh and clean clean when they leave !

Primary Cleaning was here for the 1st time yesterday and did a great job with a deep clean! They had a crew of 4 women so they were done in a couple hours - they were responsive the first time I called, punctual and professional. Most importantly - everything looks great! So appreciate them and will continue their service!

We are truly blessed that we found Nallely to clean our condo 2-3 years ago. They do such a great job every time and are so flexible with our crazy travel schedule. We would recommend them to anyone and have never found a more kind, professional and responsive cleaning company. I would give 10 stars if I could. They are the best.

Save yourself the $$$ and look elsewhere for house cleaning. When my mother-in-law passed away, my spouse and I looked around and gathered quotes from several local housekeeping services. Talking over the phone with Primary Cleaning, we were thrilled to hear all the services they mentioned, and their immediate availability for the following day with a quote we were happy with ($340). We were asking for a house deep cleaning, and had moved all major furniture and clutter from the home beforehand, thinking this would make it easiest for the cleaning crew.

When it came time for the appointment, a crew of 3 different women showed and our interactions were polite and professional. They assured us that they would get to work and give us a call after a few hours when the job was complete. We were shocked to be called just 3 short hours later but figured since there were 3 staff and the home was less than 1000sq ft that must’ve been the reason for the quick work. My spouse went to the home and did a quick look-over, believing them to be true to their word. We were told we would receive an invoice at the end of business day. It came around 5pm, and was for the amount we were quoted, with tip our total came to $400. Cool.

Fast forward to the following week when it comes time for us to paint the interior and we began to see just how poorly the house was cleaned. It’s as if the walls were left mostly alone, the blinds were neglected entirely, the ceiling fans were ignored, light switches and outlets remained stained, the back of the counters in our kitchen were untouched. For what it’s worth, the top of the fridge was cleaned, the bathroom was cleaned well, and all of our window sills were wiped out, which we do appreciate. Unfortunately, I could have completed all that I know was done myself for around $20 of supplies and saved myself an extra $380 (that I could’ve used toward paint).

Despite all of this, my wife and I paid our bill and included a tip, so I believe it to be my duty to provide a transparent and honest review of our unfortunate experience with Primary Cleaning.

Their team has cleaned my house many times and has always done a wonderful job. Nothing better than going to work for the day and coming home to a clean house. Great company to work with.

My offices in Kansas City have never been as clean as they were after Elite Clean Co did their first cleaning job. I will definitely keep them coming as their service is of the highest class, and its is surprisingly very affordable.

We went through about 6 office cleaning companies because they did a poor job or simply didn't show up on their scheduled date. I found Elite Clean on Google and a person actually picked up the phone! They came and gave us a quote which we thought was fair considering we were asking them to strip our floors every few months.
