Cool Guy responded quick and professionally to my heater dying during the cold snap. Within an hour everything was taken care of and blowing heat. The cost is the most affordable HVAC technician I have ever used.

Matt and his crew has come several times to diagnose and solve our hvac issues. He also does our seasonal maintenance. Very professional and years of experience.

Matt and Kain at Cool Guy HVAC put a new heating and cooling unit in my daughter’s house. They worked in the basement and outside. Very fast and efficient! Dropped the bill by 100’s of $$ by replacing the old unit with a new one!! When they were done they cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have know they had been there! 5 STARS!!

I have had top tier quality service and nothing less from CoolGuy HVAC! Before my system replacement, they were always here to keep my old one running. They are professional, they are clean, courteous, and put their customers first. Not only that, but Matt is a no nonsense guy. If you need it, he’ll tell you, and if you don’t, he won’t try to sell it to you. If I could give more than five stars I would and the reason is the morals and ethics they stand by. I just had them replace my whole system, only because mine was old and I was in a position to do so, but it worked fine. It was scheduled. The day it was to be done, he called me and told me he had an emergency where an elderly lady had her system fail. He called and asked me if it was ok to push mine off a day so he could save her day. Arrived early. Good service.

Upstairs AC unit is not fixed. Technician said they would send me a quote on how much it would be to fix it but I have not received the quote yet. At first he thought it was debris in the fan but then said maybe it was the control board.

Shaun, Cool Guy service man, arrived promptly and serviced my air conditioner. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me options to consider.

We had some issue with equipment installed by Cool Guy at a house we recently purchased. Cool Guy stood by their product and covered the repair under warranty to make things right.

Cool Guy was very professional and kept us informed about everything. We were on a deadline with company coming and he made sure the deadline was met. He went above and beyond!

2nd Review - Need help with hearing different bangs and knocks when heat pump was running. Had Cool Guy service technician come out and made a few adjustments and explained the different sounds. Nothing I couldn't live with once I was provided explanation, and I was satisfied.

1st review - Knowledgeable and professional. I called Cool Guy for 2nd opinion to fix my heat pump that had not been working for over a week (no heat in house). 1st service company gave me $$$$ estimate for parts / labor. Cool Guy technician took a look, cleaned the coils, checked coolant and got heat pump working. I'm using Cool Guy every time from now on!

Matt has always gone above and BEYOND for my family. From showing up bright and early to help me with my heater to going out of his way to insure I can afford his services. I cannot recommend him enough! Not to mention he lets your dog be an assistant. An amazing human that will always make sure you’re comfortable and happy.

Tech was great, he briefed me on gas pressure on the furnace. Cleaned up his work area, and completed the service in a timely manner. This is his third visit to my house.
