I found them very helpful when there was a water problem in my basement. Most recently, they came out to check and clean the furnaces in both of our houses. I seldom take the time to comment, but their service was above and beyond what I expected.

Cool Guy HVAC went above and beyond getting our old furnace going again in time for Thanksgiving! Shaun did a great job and was very thorough! We highly recommend Cool Guy HVAC!

Cool Guy just finished the semiannual maintenance on our units. We never have to worry about not having heating or cooling. The one and only time we had an issue, Matt was out almost immediately and had it up and going. All of the maintenance with a house, it is nice we don't have to worry about the HVAC. It is a non issue thanks to Matt and his crew.

Our A/C went out in the summer and Shaun from CoolGuy HVAC came within hours of my call to replace my capacitor and get our A/C cooling again. Process was seamless and service was friendly

Initial call went well, tech was really thorough and taught me some things. After he left we ran into some more issues over the weekend. The owner made time on a Saturday to come out and check it himself. Diagnosed the new issue and once the part was in it was changed promptly. We were only charged for the first visit and parts. The company is easy to work with. Would recommend getting work done by them if you need it.

My furnace started acting up during the night. I called Cool Guy as soon as they were open, and a technician was at my house an hour later. Problem was diagnosed and our furnace was working properly again. A sometimes-malfunctioning switch was installed 24 hours later.

Matt was awesome. AC wasn't cooling. They got someone out right away. Accessed the situation, explained the problem, fixed the unit, then went over preventative measures. Even set me up on a maintenance plan, which is why I was in the situation to begin with. Highly recommend!

Awesome service! I spoke with the owner and he took the time to listen to the troubleshooting steps I took and advised me on his company processes. The technician was on time l, polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently...I could not be more pleased. I would use Cool Guy in the future even if I was not using my home warranty :)😁

Sean was great. Got it running first thing in the morning on under an hour. Friendly and fast, and I really appreciate how quickly they have an appointment.

Shaun did a great job. Got things tuned up and replaced a part before it quit working. Price for the service was exceptionally reasonable.

Our furnace went out & we called Cool Guy & they were out within the hour. Shaun was very professional & got things working for us & we are toasty warm. I'd recommend them giving them 5 stars!!

Schaun came out to check my HVAC system and said my refrigerant charge was low and that my compressor may have a leak. He then forgot to turn the Freon back on after he left and left the house a sweltering 87 degrees the next 4 days. I had a buddy who also is an HVAC tech come out today. the refrigerant charge was right where it needed to be and wasn't low, the Freon was turned off at the switch and it had the wrong capacitor for what the system needed. They were more focused on changing out the entire HVAC system than actually dealing with the problem at hand. I'm very disappointed.

Shaun was very thorough, patient with all of my questions, and even took care of another little unrelated problem (which I had mentioned in conversation) without any additional service charges. I really appreciated the text alert that I received immediately after scheduling the appointment. The tech, Shaun was very punctual and well within the timeframe of the appointment. Shaun was diligent in checking our unit and figuring out the problems we had going on. I appreciated the honesty in giving us possible options for a fix besides just pushing a brand new unit. He gave pros and cons of each option.
