They were very quick to respond to all my questions. Matt and Nathan installed a high efficiency unit for us and did the tear out of the old unit and install of the new, in just over a day. They even stayed late the first day to make sure we could cool our house! Professional and easy to work with. From the office to the techs, you can’t go wrong with Cool Guys!

Cool guy was great. While he couldn’t fix our problem as was electrical, he identified the problem and told us what was needed. We really appreciate his prompt service. New wiring was needed from the breaker box to the furnace . He was right on with his diagnosis.

Matthew came out on a Saturday morning to see what's going on with my heater and found a pretty substantial leak in the duct system. Half my air to the living room was going into my basement. I'm not sure how the inspector didn't find this when he made his rounds when I bought the house 1 1/2 years ago. My living room has always been coolder or hotter than the rest of the house. I was able to set up an appt a few days later and got it fix. Thank you for the great work!

Just replaced our furnace and air. They are a pleasure to work with and they did a great job quickly. Everything about these guys is great. Matt explained everything in great detail so I was comfortable and knew what was up. They will always be our go to for any HVAC needs.
