Constraction reviews in Olathe, Kansas

Patrick was extremely professional but also patient when we had questions. He found problems with the first home we looked at that were serious and would have been long term concerns. He was honest about telling us that for a certain type of problem he felt we needed the assistance of a structural engineer. His reports are detailed and have helpful pictures.

Patrick was great to work with! He was able to fit us in on short notice and provided a detailed report shortly after. This was our first home and he gave us good recommendations.

Patrick and Ben were very fast and efficient. They do an excellent job of explaining and making sure to highlight the most important parts of the inspection. They are also very friendly and professional. Thanks, guys!

I am so pleased that Patrick did such a thorough inspection on the property I am planning on buying. I live out of state and he sent so many pictures of everything. I felt like I was there. I definitely reccommend this company for inspections whether you are there or not. Very trustworthy, friendly and detailed.

I hired Patrick for a home inspection before purchasing a property, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the experience. A few months after moving in, we discovered a plumbing leak that a licensed plumber confirmed had been ongoing and clearly visible. This should have been caught during the inspection. When I reached out to Patrick, he denied any responsibility and dismissed the plumber’s assessment.

I understand inspections have limitations and don’t come with warranties, but when an obvious issue is missed and the response is dismissive instead of helpful, it’s frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Patrick was extremely pleasant and thorough. My client and I were pleased with his service.

Patrick and his team are the best. We have worked with several home inspectors over the years and are so thankful we were connected with Patrick. He is thorough, detailed, knowledgeable and always explains things so that a buyer can understand. I've used Patrick personally on homes I've purchased and will continue to recommend him to all of our clients, friends and family. Thank you for all you do!

Patrick and Ben are the best!!!! They are so detailed and knowledgeable and always are available for questions to explain further during the inspection. I love that they go over their biggest concerns on the summary at the end of the inspection and fully explain to the buyers. I would never use anyone else!!!

The inspection report provided by Patrick was comprehensive but also easy to comprehend. It's a valuable resource, offering insights into the property's condition and highlighting areas that may need attention from professional contractors. Patrick is an outstanding home inspector!

He is always very professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Also, he is consistently on-time and very willing to adapt his schedule to meet our client’s busy schedules. Patrick Eades at Pillar to Post inspected my new home efficiently and thoroughly and gave a verbal report at the time he was here. Patrick listened to my questions, explaining in detail areas of concern. He explained What should be fixed, and a reasonable cost in the trades. When I saw things I wondered ought to be repaired, he assured me that there was no need, that the area was constructed correctly. He also offered a timeline for watching for repairs, like upkeep to the siding and the roof. I learned so much and feel so confident in my purchase.
I will definitely call him again when needed. And I highly recommend him. No hesitation.

Patrick is so great to work with! Was able to get scheduled quickly to work with a tight inspection period and was wonderful with my client. He clearly explained minor issues while keeping my client at ease. Highly recommend!

Patrick and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Happy to answer all of my questions & provide professional insight into all of the quirks my 100+ year old house has, which provided immense peace of mind for me as a first time home buyer. I absolutely trust his judgement!

Patrick and his team were great! Very thorough in their process to make sure everything was looked at. I highly recommend them when considering a whole house inspection.

We had the pleasure of working with Patrick for the inspection of two houses during our home-buying journey. As first-time homebuyers, we were particularly cautious and wanted to ensure our potential new home was in excellent condition.

During the inspection of the first house, Patrick identified some serious issues that we were not comfortable dealing with. His thoroughness and attention to detail saved us from making a potentially costly mistake. We were incredibly impressed with his professionalism and expertise.

When it came time for the second inspection, Patrick once again did an outstanding job. He meticulously went over every inch of the house, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. His dedication and thoroughness gave us peace of mind and confidence in our decision-making process.

We highly recommend Patrick for anyone in need of a reliable and diligent home inspector. His expertise and commitment to his work are truly commendable.

Another great inspection by Patrick Eades! Had good experience with Patrick performing a home inspection on new home purchase. On time, efficient and a well explained list of important items of note on that day. The finally report was also easy to understand. Overall good experience.

The only thing I would recommend to Patrick is to have a method in place to confirm you have the correct contact information I did not get appointment email and had to confirm with my realtor that inspection date was confirmed, minor issue.

Pat with Pillar to Post is the most professional, thorough inspector around. He doesn’t miss a thing and is timely with getting reports out.

I highly recommend Piillar to Post and Patrick Eades. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He gave the homeowners confidence that they were making a great investment in their new home.

Patrick did a thorough, professional inspection of the house we are buying. We opted for the premium inspection which includes drawings and measurements of the rooms which we will use to lay out our furniture.

If you want someone who is always on time, super friendly and knowledgeable, Patrick with Pillar to Post Home Inspections is the absolute best!

His reports are always same day and he drives a wide range of places which makes it easy for me and my clients! Pricing is also very reasonable and affordable. Would 10/10 recommend.
