Exceptional Home Remodeling Experience with Elite Windows & Siding

We recently had the pleasure of working with Elite Windows & Siding for a complete home remodel, including windows, doors, kitchen, three bathrooms, and flooring. From start to finish, our experience with Elite Windows & Siding exceeded all expectations, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

First and foremost, the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. The attention to detail displayed by their team was truly impressive. Every aspect of the project was handled with utmost professionalism, and the end results were nothing short of exceptional. Our windows and doors fit perfectly, the kitchen was transformed into a dream space, and the bathrooms became luxurious retreats. The team at Elite Windows & Siding exhibited a high level of expertise and skill. They provided valuable recommendations and guidance throughout the project, helping us make informed decisions that perfectly aligned with our vision. Moreover, the entire team was professional, friendly, and respectful. They worked diligently, adhering to the agreed-upon timeline and completing the project within the estimated timeframe. Lastly, the value we received for our investment was exceptional. Elite Windows & Siding provided us with top-notch materials and craftsmanship at a fair and competitive price. The transformation of our home has not only enhanced its aesthetic appeal but also increased its overall value.

In summary, our experience with Elite Windows & Siding was nothing short of exceptional. Their expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire project. If you're considering a home remodel, we wholeheartedly recommend Elite Windows & Siding. They are a five-star company that will exceed your expectations and leave you with a beautifully remodeled home that you'll be proud to call your own.

Additionally, we would like to highlight the exceptional attentiveness shown by Faith and Mr. Harris from Elite Windows & Siding. Throughout the entire remodeling process, they consistently went above and beyond to address our specific needs and preferences. Their dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident in their willingness to listen, offer personalized solutions, and make adjustments whenever necessary. Faith and Mr. Harris's commitment to customer service truly set them apart, and we greatly appreciate their unwavering attention to detail and genuine care for our project.

We used Elite Windows & Siding for windows, siding, a covered deck, gutters, gutter guards, drainage solutions and concrete work. Everything came out beautiful. We plan on continuing to use Elite for future projects.

Mr. Harris is the absolute best, no question. He is a brilliant big picture as well as small/minute details man AND does renovation work. Normally you would have to pay someone for the design and separately pay someone for renovations, but he is a 2-for-1 guy. I also found him to be extremely honest. He took extra time, always, to go over the pros and cons of each of our projects and what we may need. I couldn't be more satisfied with our beautiful new deck & railing, electricity to our barn, beautiful brand new front door, walls & ceiling paint job, and other various projects he did. He has earned our business for all our short & long term projects. Lastly.... if you didn't get anything else from my review, he has a really wonderful sense of humor. I enjoyed working with him. Thanks Mr. Harris.

Harris and the group installed windows, a new double entry door, painted, and did a nice deck project for me. The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid when the job was completed, even though some things were a little rougher when they got into the project itself, they still honored the quote. The deck job turned out better than I had envisioned and I cannot wait for this spring. Thanks Elite.

I cannot recommend Elite Windows and Siding. I am a person who rarely pays a company to assist on issues at my home. In my case, I needed a section of siding (fascia) replaced on my house. The job is beyond me, so I tried contacting Elite Windows and Siding for an estimate. After numerous attempts, over a month of trying, with little attempt to get ahold of me, I finally got Mr. Harris out to take a look at my issue. He said he would get a quote written up for me, and we could proceed from there.

It has now been a week since Mr. Harris left my house. I had not heard anything, despite emails asking about the status. Today, I received an email back, 1 week post inspection. I was told in the email that their "crews are not available to do a service at this time", even though no day, time, or any commitment whatsoever was agreed to. I have yet to hear even what the estimate for my repair job was.

A lack of customer service, a lack of communication, and a lack of follow-through. I do not recommend Elite Windows and Siding, if even trying to consider a job is too much work for them.

When there is an issue with windows, they drag their feet to get it corrected. I have been waiting over a year for them to correct an issue on bay window install. They over promise to get sale and then under-deliver on fixing issues. Buyer beware. Multiple issues and delayed timelines on work contracted.

Elite replaced all of our windows and siding and it looks phenomenal! The crews who were here working were always friendly, hardworking, and extremely skilled. We are very happy with the results and would happily use Elite again to do any other projects around our home.

They do not keep promises.
Overcharge way too much!
They get paid for doing things Then do not do them. Poor workmanship that never gets corrected.
One of the very worst contractors I have ever ever dealt with!!!
I recommend you to not go with this contractor… Terribly disappointing

Elite Windows and Siding answered our call and solved our problem fast. We had two stacked sliding glass doors (one on our deck and one on our patio below) that were leaking into our house. When we ordered our new windows, we could get upgraded features like in-window blinds because of the great price. Our doors were installed, sealed, and painted in the same week. The crew who came to do the work were respectful of our house and cleaned up like they were never there. The crew didn't leave until we were satisfied with the job and the salesman called afterwards to make sure everything went as discussed.

**UPDATE**
We had Elite Windows and Siding remodel what seemed like our entire house! The remodel consisted of the laundry room (they redesigned the plan to include a small mud-room nook), the basement (which included full tile in the living area and bedroom, baseboards, and paint), and a bathroom (which had custom cabinetry, shower and glass shower doors). Upstairs in addition to replacing all moldings, painting, and carpeting, they remodeled two additional bathrooms (which also had custom cabinetry, custom nooks, tile, and glass shower doors), they even redesigned the master closet (the design was a European style custom cabinet with his and hers sides). Mr. Harris was very easy to work with. He knew what I wanted and was in contact with me at every decision point and kept me in the loop about who would be at the house and what they would be doing. The vision of the design upgrades he had for the work was incredible. The subtle changes they did in the bathrooms (like cabinet height and width) made such a huge difference to the overall feeling. The space feels open; it doesn't feel small anymore! We honestly did not think anything could be done with our master closet and were blown away by what they created. Our house is NEW. The updated colors and materials have given us a new found appreciation for our house and we owe it all to Elite!! Again, the crew was very professional and the craftsmanship was wonderful!

Elite did a full replacement job of old, dried out and cracked wood siding with Hardie Board. They repaired, replaced, or covered all trim, soffets, and fascias. They then painted to colors of our choice unlike other companies that only do stock Hardie Board colors.

Their crews were great -- courteous, clean, and professional.

Harris and Kosta delivered, and the work has transformed the outside of our home.

Their price was very competitive and a great deal for the depth and quality of the work.

We fully recommend this company.

New siding, front door, back door, and porch. High quality finish and beautiful new look! Very grateful for the outcome & the work was done on budget and as agreed upon by the original hand written contract. I believe we received great value for our investment!

Elite Windows and Siding did an incredible job on our house! The siding is the sturdy James Hardy siding and the windows are much better than the builders grade windows we have had on our house forever. The attention to detail was incredible and the end result is absolutely stunning. The skilled craftsmen were wonderful and the office was always available to answer any questions we may have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect and upgrade their home.

Had all windows, gutters and back door replaced in July 2025. The workers were efficient I helped with cleanup on the last day as it was getting late, took several days for old windowsand doors to be gauled off. Gutters could have been done better, no follow up call on any of the work. I am now requesting information so that I can file an energy tax credit, but no certificate available, no ID number on the windows, which the 2025 form requires. Are they not energy efficient like they were supposed to be? Is that why there is no documentation, no certificate of authentication (for energy rating info, type of window etc), where is paperwork for the warranty?

Elite Windows & Siding has made the outside of my 1985 house look brand new! The entire process was stress free and the quality of the craftsmanship is impeccable. They replaced our siding, windows, gutters, light fixtures, fixed cracks in our foundation and more. Mr. Harris (the owner) is amazing to work with. When we got a quote, he came out to meet with us on a Saturday and not some random salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable in the construction and also the design process. I love pulling up to my driveway and seeing my brand new looking house! We love working with this company so much that we also hired them to do our driveway and our much overdue bedroom and bathroom remodel. Mr. Harris and his entire crew have gone above and beyond. I feel like I know them now on a personal level and I will only use this company from now on for all the home projects that we have. Love, love, love this company!

Our house turned out BEAUTIFULLY! We could not be happier. We had Mr. Harris of Elite Windows and Siding install Hardie Board siding on the entire house as well as the back deck. We had our covered back deck totally enclosed with sliding glass windows, highlighted with the angled glass that matched the angle of the roof line. The job included a new front entry, new door to the deck and a door on the back of the deck. Mr. Harris painted the house with Sherwin Williams emerald paint that has a Lifetime limited warranty. Also new windows around the house. It has made our house look incredible!

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Mr. Harris and the Elite team. From start to finish, they treated us like family—always respectful, always communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure we loved the final result.

The quality of their work is nothing short of magnificent. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear their team takes real pride in what they do. The workers showed up on time, worked hard every day, and consistently went above and beyond to deliver excellence. Their craftsmanship transformed our home, and the results speak for themselves.

If you’re looking for a company that combines top-tier skill with heartfelt customer service, look no further. We highly recommend them and are truly grateful for the exceptional work they did for us.

The men of Bison are skilled craftsmen and true pros. They did a beautiful job on my shower and bathroom floor. They gave me an accurate estimate of time and expense, and cleaned up after themselves. A week after they left, I reinstalled the plumbing fixtures and needed the tile hole to be widened a little bit to fit my quirky handle. I might have been able to do it myself, but I was afraid I'd damage the tile. I called and within an hour someone came and fixed it for me. Highly recommended.

The guys with Bison Tiling did a wonderful job installing a scalloped tile backsplash in my kitchen and LVP flooring in my entry and dining room. They worked meticulously for two days and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The crew for my job consisted of two men—they were incredibly polite and kind, I felt very comfortable with them in my home. After getting a few bids from different companies, Bison was the most affordable and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for the beautiful work on my home!

Tony was recommended to me for a full remodel. He does high quality work and the place has gotten so many compliments. It feels good to now have a go-to guy for construction/handyman work.

It worked on two properties for me with great results. Now starting on a third project in my son's home. Highly recommend.

absolutely stunning work, very professional and quick, didn’t overprice us and made sure we picked the right materials for what we wanted done
