I've worked with CMP multiple times. Shopped around price the first couple times and they were never the most expensive. I've always received excellent communication and great service.

We have now used CMP for two projects, and we have been very pleased with the results on both projects. The work was done well, done on time, and done on budget. And the team was pleasant to work with from start to finish.

CMP remodeled our master bathroom. They did a great job on a smaller bathroom for us, and because of that we hired them again for our master bath. I appreciate that they have never made me feel like my job was too small to take. We don't have big bathrooms, but they still took on our projects. (I had another contractor tell us our job was too small for them them before I started using CMP.) They do quality work and stayed on schedule. They took care to clean up each day and protected the carpet and closet from dust and debris. The tile work was top notch and turned out beautiful. Their designer, Kendall was helpful and patient. I don't have a knack for decorating and she steered me in the right direction. They were able to resolve issues we had a long the way and we are happy with the final project.

CMP did a comprehensive main floor remodel for us - added a walk-in pantry, reconfigure kitchen, reface fireplaces, powder room, laundry room, mudroom remodel, new LVP flooring, hardwood floor refinishing. All their services were under one roof. Minimal subcontacting. We were very pleased with the quality and speed of the work. Finished on budget, ahead of schedule. Great communication, very few issues and only 1 change order. Price was comparable to other quotes. We will definitely use them for another project!

We had storm windows installed on our lake house, and we have absolutely no leaks or drafts...in fact we can hardly hear outside sounds. This was the best window installation we’ve ever had. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

5/2021 - Update: we've had near constant problems with plumbing and sewer, water leaks, ground water, and now getting mold because of it.

Original posting giving details DELETED per letter from their attorney as I was apparently lying about it all. Believe me, you can't make this stuff up... Any statements here are my opinion and do not constitute facts.

They did some good work, they did quite a bit of mediocre work, and they did a lot of extra work when we ran into glitches. They took way, WAY too long to do it, and ultimately left us with an unfinished job as the extra work apparently means they don't have to finish it.

Called to see about getting a quote for new trim pieces on 8 windows and a garage door, installing a new window, and 8 new sets of shutters. Told the job is not big enough for them. Don’t waste your time calling unless you are doing an entire home.

I would highly recommend Elite for all your needs, They installed 7 new windows on my condo and did an amazing job! The staff is professional, and the work that was done is amazing. Im very pleased with the quality and will be using Elite for any of my needs from now on. This company puts "Pella" to shame!

I had Mr. Harris come out to give me a quote on a double-casement window that needed to be replaced due to wood rot. He said that it would cost me $1,200. I asked him to send me a quote, which he never did. When I called Elite to ask for the quote a few days later, I was told that the price quoted was good "only for that appointment." I was never told that at the time of my appointment and would never agree to any window installation without a professional, written quote, which Mr. Harris never provided. It was the old "bait and switch" where I was quoted a low price and when I asked for it in writing, I was told the discount was not longer valid. This is NOT professional and very unethical. Elite e-lied to me and I would not recommend them.
