I can’t say enough great things about this company! As a Realtor, I’m very particular about the vendors I recommend to my clients, and these professionals exceeded every expectation. From the start, they took the time to educate me on the different carpet types, proper care, and the best cleaning methods to maintain longevity — something I really appreciated. Landon’s and Chris’s attention to detail was outstanding, and they treated the home with so much care and respect. The carpets looked absolutely amazing when they finished —so fresh!

Pros:
It was easy to make an appointment. Communication was on going and clear
The team was polite.
Cons:
My carpet was not vacuumed as the package I chose suggested. I did it in advance on my own, as advised by a QuickDry Pro Carpet Cleaning employee on the phone: now I understand why I had to vacuum it.
The whole cleaning process for 3 rooms, 1 hall and 6 steps took 25 minutes. Given that fact I will not comment on the quality of the cleaning, but I can’t help myself to mention that my carpet looked like zebra with brighter and dull stripes: you can say where the the floor head made a touchdown.
My package and included tip cost me $485.30. For 25 min!!!I only hope that the guys have at least PhD in the field.

All i can start and say is Wow! I needed help fast due to my cat had an accident on my new carpet in my home and i was in panic mode. It was on a Sunday and i called and left a message for Monday but i received a call about 30min later from the owner Chris. I explained my issue and he got a crew out here the next day.
