Of course KC Rug comes in at a solid 5-Stars. Coolest team around! I love the ease of communication; if you submit for an estimate, you quickly hear back from the people who will be there to receive your rug when it comes in. They understand the rug's content, they know how to remove stains and they have no judgement for odor. We've used KC Rug in the past with their pick up and delivery, and this last time - we were in a rush, so they let me know I could bring the rug in myself. I was most impressed with them removing urine stains from a white wool rug. To be honest the rug had been rolled up for a year, and until I went to roll it out again, I forgot just how bad it was. I panicked since natural fibers often absorb stains and they set, my husband had me 'shopping' online for a new rug. Long story short, I called KC Rug with little hope and was so astonished at the job they did. The rug looks brand new! I can never recommend anyone more.

KC Rug Cleaning and Repair were fantastic. The pickup and delivery made this so easy. I took a chance and bought a vintage Karastan on eBay. When it arrived, it was in good shape, but there was a dark haze over 25% of the rug and the fringe was mucky. I am thrilled with the post-cleaning results! I wish I had saved a before photo to show the difference. The dark haze is gone, and the fringe is clean. The entire rug is more plush. I will definitely use them again for routine cleans and to give new life to beautiful old rugs.

I dropped off a 22 year old rug from Dubai. It had damage on 3 sides from when my dog chewed it up when he was a puppy. They gave me several options for repairing it and gave me a "drop off" discount. I ended up going with a full cleaning, resize repair and purchased a rug mat. The cleaning restored it to its original full bodied dark color, the repair looks great and the rug mat makes it more plush and keeps it from moving around. Travis will answer every question you have.

Everything they did was clearly explained and the pricing was transparent and honest. The entire process was great and i would definitely recommend them to anyone with handmade rugs. This was an all around great experience! I had a rug cut down and cleaned. They were super about helping me decide how to cut it down to best fit my room and remove some damage. It fits the room perfectly, and the colors really pop on the rug since it's been cleaned.
