Jack did an amazing job! He was very pleasant and explained the process. I hadn't realized until I moved the chair mat in the office this morning how dirty the carpet was next to the place covered by the mat. (There was a line between the areas.) He was even able to get that clean and the office carpet looks like new. Jack did a great job on ALL of the carpets and stairs. Scheduling with Chris was easy and he answered all of my many questions. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately you can’t rate negative stars, called this company based on reviews. We have just moved into our new home and due to heavy traffic during the move we decided to have our carpets cleaned. Upon technician arrival there was no prep work to avoid dragging hoses across our hardwood floors and water spilling from hoses while tech was working. Hoses being carrying in bunches while walking up our stairs with care to our walls and trim, no corner guards or any wall protections. No all our walls and trim are all scuffed up and unfortunately I was on the phone on a business call when tech finished work and was not able to bring it to his attention. I called the apparent owner of the company Chris ward, he apparently was going to talk to the tech and call us back this was Saturday and we still have not heard back from him tried calling him and was sent to voicemail

Pricing was reasonable. They came when promised. They were attentive and polite as we walked around the house. They explained everything ahead of time, were professional and courteous as they worked. They gave us plenty of time to answer questions at the end.

The crew member arrived on time and came in and got straight to work. Very professional and thorough

This was a rental move out so all furniture was removed, but he cleaned 3 bedrooms, living room and stairs in an hour. That was amazing

The owner was professional as he kept communication before and after the job consistent.

Our technician Landon was amazing. The morning our service was scheduled I received a text notification that he was on his way with a tracker to see how far away he was. He came to the door and greeted me dressed professionally with a badge with a picture identifying himself as a representative of the company. He was very polite and thorough!

QuickDry Pro Carpet Cleaning is an excellent carpet cleaning business. It started with being able to schedule an appointment when I was ready, they are not pushy but very happy to please you. I received a text just before he arrived with his badge and picture on it, I thought that was a nice touch. The young man who came, Landon, was extremely nice and friendly and accommodated us in every way! Landon was very careful and considerate about not disturbing anything.We will call on them again. I really appreciated his integrity about how he approached his job.

This company is amazing! I was in a serious bind to find a deep cleaning carpet service really fast! (gotta love puppies). Chris was so helpful & Landon did an amazing job on all the carpeting & 2 antique rugs. I would highly recommend!

Landon was prompt and courteous. He was very thorough and did a great job. My carpet is 28 years old and it looks better than it has looked in years. He even came back to re-treat a stain that needed extra attention. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

Landon was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job on our whole house/2 floor cleaning of our carpets. Very efficient as well with the time needed to complete the job. He even managed to save the carpet in our youngest daughter's room who is very artistic and i was sure it was just paint stained forever. Travis and his team were good to work with. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate visit and offered a resonable price to clean our large area rug. When we had a medical crisis just before they were to deliver the rug back, they were very understanding and let us put off our return until it worked better for us. I recommend them!!

My area rug was a hot mess after 5 years of abuse by dogs and a toddler. These guys were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and made my rug look brand new! I always shop local when possible and couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend!!!
