Kansas City Rug Cleaning and Repair made my runners so clean and revitalized them. They look amazing! In addition, I purchased pads which have made the runners more comfortable to walk on and has kept them in place. I was delighted with my experience using this company. Their customer service was exceptional.

Once again, excellent service and our old worn out carpet got a nice facelift. I totally recommend this company....they really go the extra mile for their customers!

Awesome group here at Heartland. Had an appt on Sunday, technician was missing a piece to clean. Scheduled another appointment for the next day right then and there. Was great both times. Recently our 8 month old had gotten sick and thrown up all over our area rug a day and a half before the family was to arrive for Thanksgiving. We called heartland and they had the rug back to us and looking better than new the very next day. Once again great job and thanks again.
