They arrived right on time and the whole process took just over an hour. The guys were flexible with a change I made from my reservation, explained what they would be doing and offered to move a few pieces of furniture before they got started. I ended up having one fewer room cleaned than I first anticipated, so it actually cost less than I was expecting. Great work!

Heartland did an amazing job and it was a very easy process! They showed on time and completed the job in the time they said. The price was clearly stated and did not change at the end of the project. Jon was very polite and did a great job!

They did a fantastic job getting the pet odor out of my sofa. It has been a couple of months and the odor has not returned, so they really know what they are doing. Definitely give them your challenge and they will fix it!

I have used Heartland several times including upholstery. Heartland is extremely professional, does an outstanding job, and most importantly reasonable prices. I would and will recommend them without hesitation.

We had this company out last week and I was very disappointed. The carpets look the same as they did before they came. I had some coffee stains that should have come out or at least lightened up considerably and there was absolutely no improvement. The men who came did not indicate they needed any special additional treatment. I called the next day to express my displeasure and I didn't even receive a return call. I will never use this company again.

Travis was great he was here when he said he would be he got out all the carpet stains I thought would never come out and made an old velour chair look really good again. Highly recommend these guys and will call soon for a couple wool area rugs that need to be picked up. Thanks guys, Dave

Top notch carpet cleaning! I love their no hassle web appointments. Had some "rust type spots" on carpet that the other cleaner could not remove. Travis went to work with a little elbow grease and spots gone! I think their prices are very fair and reasonable from what I had used in the past from other cleaners. I like their method of cleaning (which works better) than the dry chemical method.

I saw Heartland Steam Cleaning recommended on Nextdoor. Checked their reviews and they had a lot of great ones. Travis did a super job, besides being very pleasant. I really like that they give you a set arrival time instead of a 2-4 hour window. Could not be happier.

Since we moved in 2.5 years ago there were stains on the carpet in one bedroom. we have had our carpets treated 2 other times before we used these guys and the stains were still there. amazingly, these guys had them out instantly. amazing job, very hard workers, great customer service. will only be using them from now on.

I've used several known-name and local carpet cleaners over the years, but Heartland is my go-to! These guys are always super courteois, put down floor and corner protection, will actually move/foam block light furniture and do an overall great job. Their pricing won't be the lowest but it's straight forward per-area and no-hassle. Thanks Heartland!

Phenomenal! Dependable! Reliable!
It"s simple...when you look for a job to get done so often you pray for the minimum to be accomplished but these guys do the best and more than I expected each time we had them clean our carpets! We recommend them! Our friends know that we are particular about our home and so we look for people that will care about the work they do on our home and we LOVED every time these guys came and serviced our home!

Jon did a great job cleaning our carpets and was also able to clean three pieces of furniture for me after he arrived. Very polite, professional, friendly and provided great service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Scheduling was easy and the employee on the phone was professional and friendly. Carpet cleaner tech, Zac, arrived perfectly on time and was very careful to not track anything inside (it had snowed the previous night) and made sure that he left the house cleaner than he found it. I was home throughout the process and he answered all my questions with ease.

Now for the important part - upon completion the carpet looked great, smelled great, and felt great!!!! He even left me a bottle of cleaner that he said would work great for any times when my cat might throw up on the carpet.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. I will be using them again in the future!!

Professional, timely, and perfectionists. I have never used a carpet cleaning company and am so happy to have found them (referred by Area Rug Dimensions). They came in masks, they laid their own mats where there equipment would go, they put bumpers on the door frames.... and they did a banner job cleaning the carpets! The guys were so polite, we already have rebooked with them.

These guys are the best. Used them for a few years and will forever more. I had to leave, unexpectedly, during our appointment. I had zero concern leaving them in my house. Travis does a great job with scheduling and does everything possible to accommodate around nap schedules and every other oddity that comes up with multiple babies in the house.

Travis was great, prompt on both the day of the estimate and the day of the cleaning. The price was fair and they got our carpets in our office looking fantastic. After a long muddy winter that was some accomplishment. Great job Heartland!
