My parents hired Warrior Outdoors to put down sod where there was rock, and redesign our pond so that it would have a natural look and flat edges to sit and put your feet in the water from, as well as to design a patio in front of our sliding glass door. They said theyd send us satellite photos of our home and talk to us about how to build it. They did not have more than 2 options of brick to provide, and only brought one of those choices for us to look at. They never sent those satellite images, and did not have a plan before the men were in our yard working. They broke many of our slate rocks, made the pond look like a mall fountain, the edges are slanted at a 45 degree angle so you cant sit on it, put in the sod so that its dying around the edges, the pond wont fill and the pipes are leaking, the patio is the wrong color and is very uneven and shoddily cemented. At least we have grass where it wasnt there before. The young men working on it, David, was an honest and hard worker, but had never worked on water features before, and he was in charge of it. They were rough in pulling out pond plants, and trampled some ground plants in the garden, did not bring buckets or truggs for the pond plants and we had to scramble to put the plants in buckets ourselves,The owners did not communicate a plan to their workers, or to us before sending their workers in, and guilt tripped us, telling us that they were losing money and time on our project, and that we shouldnt be complaining because they worked hard on it and went overschedule on it. They also asked not to leave a bad review when they messed up on so many things. My father and I had to carry over new rocks and redesign the pond ourselves, and clean up the mess they left afterwards, which was considerable. Worst management of a landscaping job Ive ever seen. No oversight, no supervision or communication, and no end of problems. No offense to the owners personally, they seem kind, God bless them, but the way they handled our property was very unproffessional and they did not do what we asked. They still have to come and fix the pond and recement the patio as the pond is still broken and leaking 3 weeks after the fact, and the patio cement has already worn away. If you use WO, which I dont recommend, make sure you sit down with them, have the plans for what you want in writing, and get the satellite images and brick choices chosen before allowing them to start, and make sure they bring in proffessionals who know what they are doing, and if they dont, stop the project, and force them to make it right. This process has been a nightmare for my mother and father, who are elderly and have had to work extremely hard to right the wrongs done by the landscapers they paid good money for, which is difficult at their age. Thats why we hired them, expecting them to do the work so we wouldnt have to.

They do a great job with our landscape and lawn care at our rental units. Highly recommend.

Warrior Outdoors has taken care of my yard maintenance needs since I moved into my new house in May 2025. They have been out weekly to mow, and they are careful to clean up grass clippings each time. In addition, the contacted me when they noticed that the sprinkler system seemed to be flooding part of the lawn, and helped determine that I was just overwatering that one section, which allowed me to adjust the watering schedule to resolve the issue.

We have had several services performed from Warrior Outdoors, including tree removal, yard leveling, flower bed installations and lawn seeding/fertilization/weed removal. Tthey have been fantastic to work with every time! They are prompt, professional and clean up the worksite beautifully when they are done! I highly recommend them for all of your lawn and landscape needs!

I have never been more pleased with a company. I called and happened to benefit from another customer canceling their appointment. Came out, checked everything out and ended up needing a new controller. Never met a more personable guy either. Very cost effective and very proficient. Wish I could give 6 stars.
