James Malone did a solid performance on the first application of 2025 (Pre-Emergent and spot spraying for broad leaf weed control). James was courteous and answered my questions. I like to be able to talk to the technician while they are at my residence. That way I can point out my concerns. Fortunately, I was here when James arrived.

I had a leak in one of my irrigation valves and Ernie made me aware of it. Once I got the estimate of repairs, he returned to complete the work promptly. Ernie advised me he would have to shut off the water and I asked how long because I had to get ready to leave for a work meeting. He said give him a couple hours and he would take care of it. He was prompt getting there, communicate well keeping me aware of next steps, etc. When all done he texted the work was complete. Although he had to dig up some of the yard, he returned it to how it looked before and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. I appreciated the promptness and consideration of my time. Much appreciated!!

Had a massive amount of leaves in our yard. Felipe did an amazing job. We were finally able to see our grass. Very pleased!

The quality of the workers are questionable and the service does not meet the standard of good lawn and snow removable care. The workers don't speak English and seem not to care. Any destruction to property is never their fault.

Matt came out & fixed our sprinkler issue in our landscaping. He did an excellent job. And he did it in 100 degree temps. I offered that he take the day off but he completed the job. What a guy!
