Have had nothing but terrible experience with this company, they break something every single time they mow, mind you they start mowing at 7:30am on Saturdays, they ran over the mail boxes blew the mail all over the place instead of stopping and picking it up, they have completely destroyed the cable line holder and continue to run over it with the mowers. I cant wait for the day we are out of contract with them!

On Saturday November 30, 2024 me and my girlfriend we're involved in a near collision with a Signature Landscape truck in Belton, MO. The driver of the Signature Landscape truck pulled out of the Commerce Bank drove through the south bound lane of traffic, then a intersection, and then the north bound lane of traffic in which i was driving. He had his phone in his face the whole time, plus he was driving to fast. I turned to the right as hard as i could, and had my left forearm laying on the horn. I must have missed this truck by mere inches. He was a horrible ordeal. We caught up to the driver and my girlfriend took pictures to identify said truck. I called and left two messages with the company. Their safety man called the following day. I have not heard from anybody else with Signature Landscape. Be aware they have a horrible driver in truck 118.

Worst ever lawn experience! Our HOA pays for our maintenance of our yards.(Maintenance provided community) They failed to treat for grubs and weeds and our yard looks the worst any yard has ever looked for us. Yard is gone and what is left is all weeds. Its an embarrassment to us due to the negligence of this company. They also have not weed eaten along our fence line in months, no tree trimming and multiple dead trees that caused a carpenter ant infestation on a brand new wood fence. All of this is what out HOA fees cover monthly and when youcall or email signature they dont return calls or emails. Do not recommend and many of our neighbors have the same issues and no response from this company.

This is a difficult review to right. As far as I’m concerned the company work is acceptable for an HoA contract. Long story short I contacted my HoA over what area we can and cannot do work. We were told to do a “landscaping liner” that no dig liner to mark our project area. 3 times our plants were cut down in that small area. We hesitated to dig and mulch thinking we needed to address the minor plant damage first. We sent an email, a call, and a 3rd call. The manager that was sent out spent more time deflecting and making excuses for the plants being cut than owning the situation and acknowledging the issue. I stated it’s my fault for the HoA not advising me about the “liner” was not enough to not have it mowed. So I asked, “do you think this is mowed” by a mower he said yes I’d argue you every day about it. So we took a mower over that small plastic liner and into rocks? Are the chips in the side of my truck those rocks his mower hit? It’s very obvious that NO mower goes over that liner and they spot weed wack. I’d assume that to be the correct course of action. But to tell me a mower goes over is just silly deflection. To ask me about other areas of our “lawn” instead of staying on topic of the trouble area is inappropriate. Then to wrap up our firm disagreement he asked me about a rock river between two properties? Like HOW do rocks that the HoA put in 25 years ago pertain to my “common ground” damages. I requested he cascade the message to his team since replacing my 80 dollars in plants was not even a conversation to have and to just do what’s right…. for who knows how large of a contract they have with our HoA.

The photos show how “even” of a “mow” that is. We didn’t even go to the back of the property for the Hostas understanding that anything planted on my fence edge is our own fault for being cut to the base.

The rock river has never been cut or managed since I’ve lived here so again how was it relevant?

Our sprinkler tech, Matt, is always extremely responsive. We have been very happy with MW’s irrigation division.

Last minute request for spring clean up as we are selling house. Yard looks amazing and will provide great curb appeal and first impression to prospective buyers!

Kohlton from MW Lawn & Landscaping is always professional, courteous & always takes the time to listen to my concerns with the weeds coming from the home next door, (a home owned by a property management company that doesn't take care of the house or the grass!)
Kohlton takes the time to spray or puts down what he needs, to make sure that all that awful stuff is not getting into our yard. He's very efficient and hard working! Thank you!

Matt and the entire team at MW Lawn were fantastic to work with! The team was on time, friendly and completed all of my sprinkler renovations, new sprinkler control installation, aeration and seeding work on schedule!! Highly recommend working with this company!!

MW Lawn & Landscape is a great company. I have used them for many many years (too many to count)! This summer (2022) I had my sewer line replaced and a room addition added to the back of my home. MW was very accommodating working around this construction schedule, like changing my weekly mowing day and mowing at the end of the day, upon request. In preparation for the room addition, Cody Meeker, Account Manager, even came out to remove a few shrub I could not get out by myself. Awesome company!!

Our yard was in pretty rough shape when we first bought our house. We took the advice of the MW team, and started their seeding and lawn treatment program. What a difference it made. Our yard is now super healthy -- full, green, and lush. My next door neighbor saw the results and decided to sign up with them as well.

I am a relatively new customer with MW Lawn but so far I give them two thumbs up. They show up when they say, they are courteous and do a quality job so all is good.

I was in a panic and a man in a MW lawn care shirt saved me tonight. Acted with kindness and quickness! I owe so much to these guys and thank you so much!

They do such a good job. We use them for our house & our commercial buildings. Very informed & talented on anything landscaping too as well as performing lawn care & different applications :)

Jimmy does a great job of caring for our lawn. Being a dog owner, I appreciate that he takes the time to call us prior to our service and makes sure that our gates are tightly closed when he leaves.

Last year, our yard was rundown due to traffic from work we had done at our house. The grass was really thin. The MW team recommended overseeding in the fall and their 7 step fertilizer plan. I was skeptical about it, but worked wonders. Our yard came in really nicely this year. Very thick and lush.

I've been with M.W. for twenty plus years and have a very good relationship with M.W. My lawn looks great, and hedge is great as well as other services. Just planted two trees for me.

We hired MW to deliver and spread mulch in our backyard. They completed the project quickly and for a very reasonable price. It looks way better than what we could have accomplished on our own. It would have taken our entire weekend to do what they did in 2 hours and it looks beautiful. We will definitely hire them again when we need a refresh!

MW has done a great job on my lawn and landscape area. Applications are executed in a timely manner and my lawn has gotten stronger and healthier, even when the weather has been harsh.
Another point I need to bring up is that MW is always willing to come back to my property if I spot some invasive weeds that have popped up unexpectedly.
I also want to recognize Juan Aguero Venegas for his dedication and service. Juan makes sure I am well informed of what has happened and what is yet to come.

MW Lawn is the landscape vendor for one of the communities I manage. Craig and his crew always do a superior job. They are professional and always provide prompt responses to any questions.

Always on time. Excellent communication. Very professional. Highly recommend
