I called for an appointment to get a quote on installing irrigation systems. First thing that came out of c/s mouth was " just to let you know its runs about 4-5 thousand dollars." Nobody has been at my house yet!

I called Heritage mid March to have someone come out and aerate my yard, it is now mid May. I have called multiple times over the past two months and always get the same answer that "you are scheduled for a few days from now". After seeing all these "scheduled" dates come and go with no courtesy call, I finally decided to cancel.

I have used Heritage for many years and can say unequivocally they always do an outstanding job!!! In last 35 years I have had many others and to find such performance in an irrigation company IS AMAZING!!

Alex was very professional and explained sprinkler system and also ensured it was optimized for keeping our lawn in the best condition. Glad to have piece of mind with Heritage Lawn and Irrigation.

Chris called to tell me he would be a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. After arrival in tested my irrigation system and followed that up with an explanation of what he did and what he found wrong. I can't ask for more. Great job Chris.

We have used Heritage for several years and they have done a good job with our 20-year-old sprinkler system. They are timely when called to troubleshoot and are honest about the problem and give options for resolving it.

Worse service ever!! Made an apppintment, scheduled 2 weeks out.. turns out the day of my appt came no one ever arrived. After contacting them it turns out I was not in their calander. So I was given a new appt for the next day. Took off early from work "again" and received a phone call from Jeremy that some how he was given the wrong address. Sounded pretty fishy to me. Provided him with my address for like the 10th time, After no one showing up I finally decided to cancel. I had enough waiting on them and being lied to. Btw when I called all he said okay like if he didnt care.. Again actions talk real bad about this company and their customer service.

Michael Stauffer was a good technician with Heritage Lawns & Irrigation. He came out to fix our problem. He also fixed the neighbors problem on the same trip. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with irrigation systems.

Jared came out to provide estimates for several repairs. He was courteous and professional. He wore a mask the entire time (we were outside). He was not hurried or rushed. He took the time to explain multiple scenarios and options. I have not gotten any repairs done as of yet, but I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I just made a phone call to Heritage Lawn stating that I was interested in installing a sprinkler and irrigation system at my home. Without any questions or any additional information provided, I was told “Our systems start at $5K-$6K and we are scheduling into June.” The woman I spoke with was polite, and I appreciate her candor and the intention behind this statement - setting clear expectations and timelines - but this struck me as odd. If regardless of factor, any and all systems start at $5K, then so be it. But if there are factors, such as lot size, equipment needs and desires, etc that impact how much these goods and services cost, and there is any scenario in which a system would cost less than $5K, then how many potential customers are steered away without further interaction? Again, I appreciate the intention not to waste either parties time if practical expectations can’t be met, and if this is consistent with your standard operating procedure then there’s been no wrongdoing, but I would have thought there would have been more exploratory questions and on-site visit before I was immediately quoted a price.

Fantastic service. Had three issues and a mystery to solve. Chris came out and solved all of them. He had wonderful incite into the issues and did not tear up the lawn and the pricing was reasonable. They are now my irrigation specialists.

Michael came early and completed the repair in a shirt fashion. I have used Heritage for more than 10 years. They always do excellent work and are a great value

We had Jeremy come out and quote a french drain system. Heritage was very competitively priced, and did an excellent job. The entire crew was respectful anytime I went out to look at the progress. Recommended!

We purchased a house with a Heritage sprinkler system installed. When it came time to ask them for help turning it on, they told us they wouldnt be able to help us for at least 1.5 months. In the mean time, our lawn will likely die. BE CAREFUL if you choose to have one of their systems installed. If you ever need help, it wont be there!

I have used Heritage Lawns for lawn maintenance and irrigation for 15 years and have always been extremely pleased with the service and the product. The customer service and expertise from the employees to Wes is way above expectation especially in today's times when it is more about job efficiency and moving onto the next yard. Wes and his team stay current to the issues and the products that are used to to treat the lawns in Kansas and just staying on top of the Kansas issues is not an easy task. They are constantly assessing the products to obtain the best results for the lawn and the enviroment. The team can spot the issues and provide the appropriate treatment and owner guidelines which to follow is a must and I see the results. I would highly recommend Wes, hiis team and Heritage Lawns.

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS AND STUPID COMPANY POLCIES.................I am not sure whether the above reviews are even from customers. However, I cannot agree with them with my experience. I was quoted for my lawn @$55 +Tax per application for the last year. They send me a renewal quote in Jan at the same price for this year (2013) also and when it was time for the first application, at the end moment; their sales person told me that the price will be $95 per application (Discounted rate $78 +Tax). What is the guarantee with this company that they would not quote me $150 next year, if I were to keep them?

Even though they advertise that the aeration is included in their program, you are charged extra for that; so make sure you are aware of that. I am not quite sure whether they even actually do the fertilization or just put the bill. After spending Approx. $500 last year for their program, I have not seen any color difference (healthy look) in my grass, nor seen any significant improvements in weed control as well as grubs in my lawn. The only thing they did was that they come out and did the weed spraying with grumbling. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TERM RELIABLE SERVICE.

Had an issue with one of our irrigation pipes, and they instantly worked around the schedule to get someone to see me the next day. Was blown away by that as they are in peak season. Justin has been great, Jaimie was incredible and couldn’t say anything more about how nice they were to help.

We have been with Heritage since it was started. Have nothing but praise for this company! He does the herbicide and fertilizer for our lawns and since we have moved the irrigation. I am a gardener and the Heritage boys have worked very patiently to help me set up sprinklers in the gardens--many of which had been set before we moved in. A very professional group!
