Sprinkler repair service is exceptional; my landscaper damaged by main sprinkler line when installing a gutter extension. I had new sod in the yard and needed my sprinkler system repaired quickly.
I called the office to let me know my urgent issue - talked to ?Beth and she reached out to Chase to squeeze me into the schedule.
Chase quickly fixed the main line issue and then found/fixed another sprinkler head that my landscape contractor drove over with his trailer full of sod.

We "inherited" Heritage Irrigation services, as that is the company that the previous owners of our home used for the sprinkler system. After being impressed with their customer service and pricing, we decided to add on their lawn care services, too. We have used them now for over 7 years, and are very happy with our experience. Their lawn and sprinkler technicians are always super friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. We have recommended them to neighbors who have also been happy with their results. Thankful that they service lawns north of the river and plan to have them continue maintaining our lawn and sprinkler system for years to come!

I've been working with Heritage for a few years on quarterly lawn care and they have done a great job. Recently I contracted with them to handle some irrigation system and drainage problems and they came through with flying colors.

While at my house they were attentive to detail and discussed the issues I was having in depth. The pricing for the work was very fair and when conducting the work they were very professional and friendly. I'd recommend Heritage based on their customer service, pricing, and quality of work.

Heritage is a great company to work with for my lawn care needs. I've had multiple people out to my house for a variety of reasons and each time they are professional and willing to explain what they are doing and answer all questions. Stephanie is my current lawn coach and she is great!

Moved into house in 2007 that Heritage put sprinkler system in when new in 2004. They have always given outstanding service and early to appointments. Michael and Jacob went the extra mile today found a leak and fixed before it got out of control. Good service always and very reasonable prices for repairs sprinkler heads etc. always professional and would definitely recommend Heritage for new installation or maintenance on an existing system. They're extremely knowledgeable and take care of their customers.

We have been Heritage customers for nearly 10 years. If I had written this review last year, it would have been 5 stars. Since the rebrand to Dreamlawn, our experience has been nothing but a nightmare. We’ve spent $1k+ in the past 2 months, yet we’ve been left with a non-functional irrigation system. The 5-6 times I’ve called, I’ve been told I would receive a call back from my technician, but it never happens. Any maintenance takes over a month to schedule. Our grass is dead and dying. When Justin was our technician, everything was done in a timely manner and to satisfaction but that is no longer the case. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We have been using Heritage on our Lakewood homes for years. Jeremy and Justin have always done excellent work.
Last year Justin rebuilt and upgraded our system and the work was excellent. We recently switched our lawn maintenance to Heritage and love the results.
I trust no one but Justin and Heritage with our system. Easily reachable by phone or text and always prompt to address our issues. Many of my neighbors have switched seeing the results we get.

I switched to Heritage after attempting all of their services on my own. Doing it on my own resulted in unpredictable lawn quality and lawn expenses from year to year and never having a thick green lawn.
After switching to Heritage, my lawn is the best it has been in 16 years. I’ve also switched my pest control, tree maintenance and irrigation services to Heritage. It’s been great to consolidate all services.
I can’t say enough about their customer service. Heritage’s online tool, social media access and all team members I’ve met have been patient to answer my questions. Harvey is my Lawn Coach and stops by to check on my lawn even when he is servicing a neighbors lawn.

Got in and out of the garden center quickly, as 2 registers and 2 gates open. Great to not have to wait to check out.
