We've been using custom lawn with Sean O'Dwyer as our tech for a few years and they are great to work with. When they treat and we follow through with watering our lawn looks great! They've been great when we've needed extra things done like mulching and grounds clean up that I just couldn't get to, and even when our card was compromised and our payment didn't go thru they were very understanding, polite and fresh whole we got our new card. Sean always leaves a detailed email of what he did and what we may want to do without it ever feeling like a pressure sale, just a recommendation of something that could help. Bonus he has NEVER left a gate open and always takes care to make sure my kids and pets are safe.

Jason came to winterize my irrigation systems. Was on time, made quick and complete work of it, and was friendly to chat with the entire time. Highly recommended.

Luis & Elmer have been doing a wonderful job mowing our lawn these past few weeks while our mower has been out of service. The task is completed in a timely manner & the lawn looks beautiful. They are very personable & friendly. Their hard work is appreciated especially during the recent extremely warm temperatures. Thank you!

Not a customer but here is the deal. Spend 3 hours Monday night raking leaves then mowed to mulch up what was left. These guys blew all my neighbors leaves into my yard and driveway the next morning to put fertilizer down and didn’t bother to blow them back like I was told when I called them about it. And they keep hitting my fence as well when mowing, after hitting it three times you would think they would figure it out. Guess not!!

I've used Custom Lawn for each fall and spring irrigation service and loved working with them. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I just met with Rene who SO kindly helped me figure out my system issue (likely user error) and walked through a full quality check of my sprinklers while he was here. Rene I appreciate you and your amazing customer service! Even the appointment-setting team has been great!

I used Custom Lawn and Landscape for the first time and was extremely happy with the service, specifically with Jason! He helped me understand my irrigation system, gave me thourough explanation, and gave me great recommendations for the future without that typical sales pressure you get from most companies. Exceptional!!

Wow...for 5 years I have had a horrendous water hammer issue in my sprinkler system that shook the entire house. At least 6 irrigation companies and a plumber have tried to figure it out. I had spent over $700 on these professionals assessing the situation... which had only continued to get worse. Today Jason from Custom Lawn and Landscape showed up and fixed it in less than an hour at minimal cost!! I am blown away.

I called to switch all my aeration//seeding/lawn care needs to Custom Lawn and Landscape. Everyone I have spoken to at this business has been professional, knowledgable and helpful. Jason notified me when he was on the way for this morning's appointment, showed up on time, explained the reason for the issues I was having and was polite, efficient and very professional.
