Items usually in stock and not a disaster. Mulch is always easy to purchase and get on your own. Flowers are hit or miss.

I am so fortunate that I was referred from a neighbor to use Custom Lawn for a sprinkler system that was broken upon buying my new home. They were the most reasonable & came on time & it only took 2 hours. I had Jason Greenlee who was very professional & did an excellent job. He was very helpful in instructing me on my control settings too. Thank you. I highly recommend him & this company. I’m so happy I have a sprinkler system that works. He even replaced some of my heads free of charge.

We were so happy with our irrigation service! We worked with Jason Greenlee, the Irrigation Department Manager and he was so incredibly helpful. He showed us how to use the system, educated us on the best ways to use the watering schedule, checked and serviced everything so well! We use Custom Lawn for several services and are so happy with all of their help. We will be adding services for sure after working with Jason! Custom lawn does a great job of quick responses and are always out quickly when we need them, their customer service is awesome, they email reminders etc. All in all we highly recommend them for any need but especially for the wonderful irrigation services. We will be long time customers for sure!

The mowing is great they do a great job with the sprinkler system . The landscaping part of the business that handles flowerbeds you r better off going with a different company. Any company besides this one.....

Tom came to my house today for a service call and went above and beyond for me. I very much appreciate the excellent service that Tom provided to me today.

We have been using Custom Lawn for our mowing, tree care, sprinkler service and landscaping and leaf clean-up needs over the past eight years. Year after year, we continue to sign up with Custom Lawn because they continue to deliver.

The Office Staff are always cheerful and ready to help. Communication regarding upcoming services or any delays due to weather are thorough and always welcome. The Technicians, whether mowers, landscapers or others all seem to be driven by doing a job well done and Customer Satisfaction.

This past year, winterizing our sprinkler system was a bit more challenging. Thankfully, Jason Greenlee has been doing the service on our sprinkler for at least the past five years. As such, he knows our system and all the "idiosyncrasies" the previous owner designed into it. He was able to get past the issues with the valves and such and got us winterized in time to prevent any damage.

Jason is just one of the many Custom Lawn Team Members who have the experience, and desire, to get the difficult jobs done and done right.

We have had multiple neighbors sign up with Custom Lawn for their lawn care after seeing the consistent results on our property year after year.

If you are contemplating changing your lawn care provider, or are considering your first foray into hiring out, you should really put Custom Lawn first on your list to call.

We've used Custom Lawn for lawn care and aeration for about five years with great results. It's great having the same technician year round. We just had them install a sprinkler system (in a yard filled with large rocks)--Tim, Jason and the rest of the crew were great. After the install the aeration crew filled in the voids (because of the rock removal) with high-quality top soil. We're were pleased with their service as always, and will continue recommending them .

Update fours later--still very happy with their service. Cole for lawn applications and Jason for irrigation changes.

2024 Update:
Yet again, Jason comes in clutch. This time I had an actual irrigation "emergency" and he immediately knew what to do when he saw it. He also spent the time to educate me on why the issue occurred and made suggestions for the future. I honestly don't know how this guy doesn't run his own operation by now. He's a gem.

I wrote my first review a year ago and I just wanted to come back online and give an update. I've continued using this company and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. Jason, once again, was truly the best. He's beyond knowledgeable and wants what's best for each of his customers. I really appreciate the time he spends talking through everything before, during and after the service. 10/10 would recommend...still.

2022 REVIEW:
I have been searching for a good company to become my go-to irrigation folks and I've 100% found it in Custom Lawn & Landscape. Setting up my appointment through Billy was super easy and he listened to my concerns about a previous experience with another company. He assured me that I would get the best by choosing CL&L.
They gave me plenty of heads up for my appointment window and Jason G. (the Irrigation Dept. Manager) showed up right on time. He was super kind and very educational. I like to learn and he was all about explaining everything in detail. He found a couple things that were causing issues and after getting my approval, he quickly handled the repair right then and there. He also priced a new controller for me so I could go ahead and start saving up for it as mine is quite a dinosaur!
I'll definitely continue to use this company for my irrigation needs! I highly recommend them. Bring on summer! Thanks again Jason!

I had Custom Lawn out for a sprinkler repair in June. After rebuilding a valve, it wasn't working again a few weeks later. I called my guy, Jason, and he came out no charge and rewired the zone. No company is perfect. I appreciate the prompt service to make it right.

Definitely use this company again and recommend to others. Jason has repaired two separate leaks in my irrigation system. Each time, he's provided great service in a prompt, professional, and fair manner. It was great to have the same service technician for each repair.

When Custom Lawn took over my lawn maintenance, I had a weak lawn with bare spots and weeds. Now I have the best lawn on the block, thick beautiful grass and no weeds. Cole is always willing to go the extra mile to take care of us.

Rene helped complete our spring sprinkler commissioning and fixed some leaks in our sprinkler system. He did a fantastic job, was very helpful at walking through the issues and solution, and he was very responsive to quickly come back out to fix the leaks. I would highly recommend him and his service!

Seth is simply the best, he’s been servicing our yard for years. He is wonderful to partner with, gives solid advice and solutions for our yard. If it weren’t for him, our yard would look as beautiful as it does. His customer service is truly off the charts exceptional and he is very appreciated!

Guess they don't need any new business since they never called me back after calling twice about sod and landscaping for my new home. My daughter is a customer and she also let them know I was looking for service. Why would I reach out to them again??

We have had lawn care provided for several years by Custom Lawn. No one does a better job with weekly mowing, trimming and edging than Samuel and his father. Consistently excellent. Jason is our go to guy for anything related to our sprinkler system. We recently had Mike, Romero, and Jesus install our spring mulch in all our landscape beds and they worked into the evening to make everything look just right. Great team.

Custom Lawn does amazing work for a great price. The yard looks amazing. My zone manger Seth is very professional while also being personal and attentive.

Unfortunately we had to fire this lawn company. There services have become inconsistent, and the customer service and scheduling is very disorganized. We tried to call for two weeks just to get our lawn cleaned, which we had already been invoiced. After multiple promises with no work done, we were forced to cancel all services.

In addition, we pay for weekly lawn service, fertilization, seeding, and sprinkler care. In 4 years they have not been able to get our yard looking well, dead spots, no recommendations or follow up.

With all the lawn services available in our area, I would look elsewhere.

Had Jason come out today. Really took his time to resolve the issue. Spent hours making sure that it was right and everything was working smooth. Can't say enough about how detailed his work was and clean up after work was done. Really made the effort to make sure all issues were resolved. Highly recommend Custom Lawn & Landscaping Co. Highly recommend their sprinkler system technician Jason!!

Sure do have some road raging drivers. Speeding, tailgating and honking at people that don't get out of "their" way fast enough. & all the Owner responses on here is just ai generated, but the owner doesn't actually care what their customers think.
