We have used Aspen for several years and they’ve always been great with our lawn care and bug control. Today Jacob Cook came out to do bug control and was thorough and communicated with me well about when he was coming so I could unlock our gate for him and keep our dogs inside. We appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Austin came out today and did a wonderful job in blowing out sprinkler system! Was very professional and helped me locate our main sprinkler shut of valve for which I appreciated! He took the time to ask if I had any questions and even updated our sprinkler location sticker guide to a much nicer readable version! Thank you Austin!!

We have recently had the pleasure of using a variety of services that Aspen Lawn provides. They helped us with changes and additions to our irrigation, created and planted a large area of landscape that even included gorgeous seasonal pots. One of the challenges that they had with our landscaping needs was to work with some plants that were already established. When they finished, you would never be able to tell the difference between existing and new! Mo went out if his way to find us healthy plants to offer us the best look and durability possible. He has a great eye for design and an amazing crew to get the work completed! I am happy to recommend Aspen and their wonderful people!

I've been an Aspen customer for a couple of years now, and their entire crew seems fantastic. Jacob Cook has done a great job with the pest control, and the lawn crew has my yard looking fantastic. Also, they are affordable, and I appreciate that you aren't locked into contracts.

I had an irrigation problem and they responded within 1 day and fixed my problem. They were also courteous and advised me about some things that I might have problems with in the future.

Austin arrived in a timely manner, on a cold rainy day. He introduced himself and with a big smile on his face went about his work. He took the time to answer questions I had about my sprinkler system and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Aspen for lawn and irrigation services and thank Austin for his quality customer service we received today.

I have used Aspen for a couple year with good results (trees, irrigation, etc...), but they have changed. This year they showed up and said I ordered a Fungicide treatment for my trees/bushes. I did not order the service and the person that showed up at my house with no heads up was here 2 minutes and charged me $107. He sprayed for less than 1 minute. I have Ring cameras around the entire house, and no one even walk around it. The person parked at my house at 8:46am, got out of their truck at 8:48am and left at 8:50am. Part of that 2 minutes was putting an Aspen sign in my yard. When I spoke to their office, they said they would refund the charges. I final got a refund after my 3rd attempt. This is after I had them work on my irrigation system last Fall and they charged me over $500 to replace 7 sprinkler heads. They really feel like they can take advantage of repeat/partner customers.

I will no longer use Aspen for anything at my house because they cannot be trusted.

We’ve relied on Aspen for over 25 years for both residential and commercial lawn care, and they’ve consistently done an outstanding job. The owners and staff are fantastic people who genuinely give back to the community. Highly recommended!

Austin was our irrigation technician today and as always, he was terrific - he not only addressed and corrected the problem at hand quickly, but took the time to take a look at other sprinkler heads and made adjustments as needed to ensure some new grass seed areas are properly irrigated. Austin was courteous, professional and thorough - I always ask for him specifically when service is needed. He is a real asset to the Aspen team!

The aspen employee who turned my sprinklers off was very kind and helpful as my controller is new and hooked up to my phone.And he was very kind to help me correct the settings and get it turned off.And also, to let me know when he was ready to do my neighbor's house, which I had to let him in. He also waited while I was walking my dog do I didn't get all wet with the sprinkler Wednesday on a 118th and Hallet in Avignon.

They never showed up for an appointment last year, 2024, then rescheduled and didn’t show up. I have asked them to remove me from their list and I just received a second notification that they are coming for a irrigation appointment and scheduled a time on their own and said I would be charged if I wasn’t available.

Aspen takes care of all my lawn and irrigation needs a they do a great job. I used to be a Ryan customer but they got so expensive Aspen is much better value.

Andrew D came out quickly and gave a fair and reasonable estimate. Super nice guy, easy to talk to and honest about the work. Highly recommend!
