Mr Senda “Gonzo” came here this morning to clean the gutters on our house and he did an amazing job! He was fast, thorough and cleaned up everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as far as him being friendly and polite. I have to say when I was given a quote by the office, I kinda gulped but, I was thrilled by the job he did (by himself) especially in the short amount of time included in the quote - it was definitely worth it. Daniel arrived 45 minutes late, but earlier he left voicemail message saying he may be 30 min late because he had to pick up a part needed for the job at my house, which was to replace the threshold of an exteriors door. Daniel sincerely apologized for being late and then got to work. It was clear that Daniel had replaced thresholds in the past. He worked efficiently in cutting out the rotted one, and dry fitting the new one. He recognized a spot in the frame that was rotted from ants and filled it. He then cleaned all surfaces and installed the threshold with glue. As a final touch, he put a silicone bead around the threshold where it met the house, thereby sealing shut any insect entry points. His work was excellent. Because he was late and finished the job in an hour, he reduced our bill by one hour even though I had previously agreed to pay the 2 hour minimum fee. I would definitely use this service again if the need arises, and I would ask for Daniel.

We have worked with Ace Handyman Services for projects large and small. They have consistently done excellent work and we’ve enjoyed working with all the skilled craftsmen who have come to our home.

Kyle Hudson has worked with us on recent projects. He’s done excellent work on paint, wallpaper, carpentry and light electrical. He’s also a great problem-solver.

Shawn R. came to fix our doors. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed our problems quickly. He fixed our doors within the window of time we were given. We were more than satisfied with his work and appreciate him going the extra mile. We will certainly use Ace Handyman again and request Shawn!

He replaced some damaged wire and got a gfi outlet working again and installed an access door. Great job!

Joe was very professional and friendly. He fixed my 3 doors that weren’t closing properly and caulked a wall seem in one of the bedrooms. He also noticed several hairline cracks that he touched up for me. I am very pleased with the results and plan to use Ace Handyman in the future. Thank you.

Paul did a great job this morning replacing my water heater! Efficient and nice work making sure he didn’t get the floors dirty hauling the old water heater away. A few months ago I booked Ace Handyman for four hours thinking I had plenty of projects that would keep them busy. Paul was assigned to that job as well and was able to tackle more than what I had planned. This is my third time using Ace Handyman and recommend them!
