I had three very old, very large wool rugs cleaned and repaired. I dropped them off and they took the time to roll them all out with me to assess any damage and to explain their process. Everything they did was clearly explained and the pricing was transparent and honest. The entire process was great and i would definitely recommend them to anyone with handmade rugs. My rugs are absolutely stunning!

This was an all around great experience! I had a rug cut down and cleaned. They were super about helping me decide how to cut it down to best fit my room and remove some damage. It fits the room perfectly, and the colors really pop on the rug since it's been cleaned.

They were Super nice guys, moved furniture, fully discussed what they would do. In two weeks I had 3 rugs back from cleaning and they look brand new. Staff is very pleasant to work with, asking questions as to the type of soiling that has been exposed to the area rug. They explain what they will do and the process involved as well if there is a time frame to get the rug back. They quoted a price before I left that both side agreed upon. The rug was ready before the estimated ready date. The entire process was easy, uneventful, very pleasant experience.
