I've used several known-name and local carpet cleaners over the years, but Heartland is my go-to! These guys are always super courteois, put down floor and corner protection, will actually move/foam block light furniture and do an overall great job. Their pricing won't be the lowest but it's straight forward per-area and no-hassle. Thanks Heartland!

Phenomenal! Dependable! Reliable!
It"s simple...when you look for a job to get done so often you pray for the minimum to be accomplished but these guys do the best and more than I expected each time we had them clean our carpets! We recommend them! Our friends know that we are particular about our home and so we look for people that will care about the work they do on our home and we LOVED every time these guys came and serviced our home!

Jon did a great job cleaning our carpets and was also able to clean three pieces of furniture for me after he arrived. Very polite, professional, friendly and provided great service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Scheduling was easy and the employee on the phone was professional and friendly. Carpet cleaner tech, Zac, arrived perfectly on time and was very careful to not track anything inside (it had snowed the previous night) and made sure that he left the house cleaner than he found it. I was home throughout the process and he answered all my questions with ease.

Now for the important part - upon completion the carpet looked great, smelled great, and felt great!!!! He even left me a bottle of cleaner that he said would work great for any times when my cat might throw up on the carpet.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. I will be using them again in the future!!

Professional, timely, and perfectionists. I have never used a carpet cleaning company and am so happy to have found them (referred by Area Rug Dimensions). They came in masks, they laid their own mats where there equipment would go, they put bumpers on the door frames.... and they did a banner job cleaning the carpets! The guys were so polite, we already have rebooked with them.

These guys are the best. Used them for a few years and will forever more. I had to leave, unexpectedly, during our appointment. I had zero concern leaving them in my house. Travis does a great job with scheduling and does everything possible to accommodate around nap schedules and every other oddity that comes up with multiple babies in the house.

Travis was great, prompt on both the day of the estimate and the day of the cleaning. The price was fair and they got our carpets in our office looking fantastic. After a long muddy winter that was some accomplishment. Great job Heartland!

Truly amazing service by the folks at Heartland Steam Cleaning. From the initial schedule to the end of the service, my wife and I couldn't be happier with every aspect of our interaction. They were punctual (even called to let us know they could come an hour early), courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. Both Matthew and Garrett displayed stellar customer service and diligence in turning our carpet almost brand new again. Even on the follow-up visit they wasted no time in addressing some of the resurfaced stains. They are fantastic and I will only be using their services in the future.

Heartland Steam Cleaning did the best job. I've had many different companies clean carpets in my house over the years and this truly was the best cleaning. Family members noticed and commented on how nice the carpets looked when they walked into the house. The employees were professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Lawrence and Matt not only saved us some money from what we originally set up online, but they did a great job! We had an elderly dog who was incontinent and they identified the stains and worked hard to get everything clean and fresh for us! Their prices are competitive and our carpets look and smell amazing!

I've been using Heartland for several years now and I'm always happy with the results! Service techs are always on time, efficient, and friendly! I appreciate their competitive prices that are clear and easy to figure for yourself what the cost will be. Only "complaint" would be that they're so popular that it's hard to get an appointment if you need one in the next week or so. But they've been great about putting me on a cancellation list and keeping me appraised of available time slots. My carpet that I'm sure is on it's last legs always looks so good when they're done - nice to know I don't have to replace it quite yet!

them. My appointment was at noon and they were waiting at my door my door when I pulled up. I went back to work while my carpets were being done. Matthew, (I believe that was his name) called when he was done. My carpets looked great!

Travis and Garrett showed up EXACTLY on time and did an AMAZING job on our carpets. We had our Master Bedroom, Sitting area, set of stairs and landings, family room, living room, and basement done. Our carpets look great and I will have them back. More reasonably priced than other companies and FAR better service and quality. I can't say enough good things! Thank you!

Very courteous and professional, excellent service. Arrived on time and job was complete in an hour: 2 small bedrooms and and an area rug vacuumed, steam cleaned, pet treated and deodorizer plus carpet protection treatment. Great value for the money. I feel like our carpet has been given new life --- it looks SO much better. Our first time using Heartland. We will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Quickest form of communication was email with Travis rather than by phone. He responded immediately to inquiries. Five stars!

Scheduled a carpet cleaning as a gift for my parents & this crew came through! Carpets looked incredible and they were very efficient in the process. My mom said “give me there number because we have more rooms to clean and I’m having them back!” (I needed before photos. They were bad)

She is amazing and a solid person. Has worked for me over 15 years and through a few moves. Had to use others while she was out caring for her terminal husband and reiterated how much she pays attention to detail and cares for the home over and above cleaning. You would be blessed to have her caring for your home.

Patty is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I have used her services for over 7 years and could not live without her. She does the best cleaning possible, she is prompt and very reliable. Before I found Patty, I used several services and was never satisfied with the results I received. I honestly don't believe you will ever find anyone better.

We had the guys clean our gutters. They did a really good job and really good cleanup. Definitely recommend.
