I have not yet had the landscaping done but have it scheduled in a month. The communication, responsiveness, and design drafts have exceeded my expectations. I will update after the project is complete.

Update: The crew has completed my landscaping and I couldn't be happier. They worked even when I was sure that the weather was going to derail their day. I can't express the gratitude I have for the wonderful work and stellar communication! It seems to be rare with so many other service businesses.

I am beyond pleased with the work Cliffy care did for me. They definitely exceeded my expectations for this project. They showed up early and added on a second project while they were here. They took some clutter from my property and left the place immaculate! Ian is so kind and friendly and Miguel is very skilled at his craft! The before and after is stunning! Thank you Cliffy Care!!

Ian put in some pavers, moved and adjusted our sprinklers, and put in some ornamental grasses and magnolia tree around our storm drain.

He and Chance are just the greatest to work with. He helped decide where to plant everything, and suggested which plants would thrive best in different soil types and moisture levels.

Ian was great about communicating when he could start, getting his estimate to us, and even coming back after he finished to trouble shoot for us.

Positive experience with our landscaping needs this spring. James has a solid crew with loyal leads who have been with him for years. Wilmer and Irwin were great to work with, and the rest of the crew was crazy fast. Planted or transplanted a number of bushes and flowers, relocated some large rocks, and spread the remainder or mulch in 2.5 hours! The end result exceeded expectations, the crew was flexible when some unexpected issues arose with our sprinkler system that needed to be addressed. His pricing is fair, and he takes into account the size of the job when pricing. I’m considering switching to Solutions for my tree and lawn service as well, based on this initial experience. Check them out!

Contracted for grading, verticutting, sod and seeding in large area left bare and very uneven where new septic system was installed. Paid half the contracted price up front. It was over a month before a crew arrived to do the work, and that was after multiple unfulfilled promises of a start date. It took a threat to cancel the contract to get the job started. The crew sent out to do the work did not come prepared to do any grading work, and the crew chief said owner James Schneider did not give him any instructions to do grading work. Also, bare areas that were to receive sod were left without sod and seeded instead. Attempts to contact owner James Schneider that day were unsuccessful - secretary said "he's in a meeting." He never returned multiple calls. James did, however, email an invoice demanding full payment less than 12 hours after crew left the site. Refused to pay the full contract price because the grading work contracted for was not performed, and James sent out a crew knowing they were instructed not to perform all of the contracted for work. Classic bait and switch tactic. Very unscrupulous business practices. Even though James agreed to discount the price - but only after I objected - I had to spend additional time and money to put down more sod in the area that did not receive sod as promised, and will have to live with the uneven ground in the area that James did not grade as promised. And James blamed everything on his secretary, taking no personal accountabilty for the problems. Do not trust Solutions Lawn and Landscape - and owner James Schneider - to deliver what they promise.

Dalen and his team at Cutting Edge Landscape are outstanding! A great group of hard working young men. When I put out a request for assistance with repairing the yard (we had let it go while taking care of aging parents for the last 6 years), Dalen was the first one to reach back out to me. I would guess we had 10 conversations before the next company even responded. Issac and Kale are a super team. They really went all out in getting things done.

Dalen and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up the landscape beds and just making the place look nice. It'll take a season to get the grass back to looking good, but these young men are on it!

Cutting Edge has been doing my lawn for about a year now, and they did such a great job through last summer that I had them do winter services too. Can't imagine using anyone else. Plus, they're easily the most reasonably priced service around.
