We used TLC for the first time this last year. We had just moved into our new-build home with brand new sod, which also brought a LOT of weeds. TLC was reliable and helpful with the lawn applications to keep the weeds mostly at bay. By the end of the season, we had the best lawn on the block! Looking forward to many more years of good lawn!

I have been doing business with TLC since my husband and I built our home in Olathe in 2000. They installed our sprinkler system and have performed our sprinkler start up and shut down every year since. After losing my husband last year suddenly I did not even know how to work my sprinkler control panel. TLC was great as always and even set up extra time for their technician to walk me through how to use my sprinkler system.

Professional and dedicated technicians, our yard is on top shape year-round. Always on time for appointments and answer our questions patiently. Good customer service, very helpful front desk staff, always a person answer the phone. Early bird discount is helpful.

Mike and I have always done our own lawn care and have started using TLC. so happy we did. The lawn looks so much better. So glad we found them. The people that treat our lawn and the office people are wonderful. Happy we found TLC.

I have used TLC for 15+ years for a variety of services, including lawn care, sprinkler system maintenance, mulching, downspout burial, and holiday lights. Their work is top notch and I can always rely on great customer service from them when I have questions. I highly recommend TLC.

I've been with TLC what must be 10 years now. They've improved my yard so much that it was probably one of the worst on the block to one of the best :-) Thank you so much for doing such a great job in keeping my yard looking great!! I highly recommend their services.

I have had TLC lawn care take care of my property and three rental properties for a number of years now. Their service people are the best. They couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The owner, Dan, knows what will look best if you are trying to design your outdoor space. The office personnel are so helpful also. The whole experience has been a positive one ever since I first used them, which was in 2018. Pat Barnett.

Been using TLC for years for sprinkler service, Yard weed control, and even had them add in a new sprinkler zone to better control the watering.

Sprinkler technicians have always been on time and performed great service. And helpful when we review the coverage and pointing out heads that are needing replacements.

Lawn service for weeds are nicely timed and not disruptive at all. They provide a marker when they do the service and I receive information on what was done and what I need to do (some applications require watering in) to be the best.

They have pointed out issues that are arising and take care of the infestation (or let me know of issue so we can plan next steps) well before I even recognize I have an issue.

The workers are very disrespectful and rude. I would not suggest using this company for any of your landscaping needs.

If their drivers are any inclination of the type of work they do watch out! Very dangerous drivers on multiple occasions.

Kendall walked us through the entire setup. And Dave showed us how to use the system. I thought they did an awesome job.

Showed up to service our apartment complex on a Saturday morning.....the one day that most people try to sleep in. After politely asking if the guy could move down to a different area for a little while, I was unceremoniously told no.

I have seen first-hand how EPIC values its many hard-working employees and truly does what it can to make them feel appreciated often.

ANNOYINGLY like to start mowing at 8 am and don't care about anyone else but themselves. Even though it poured last night and they're tearing up the grass by mowing, they just seem to take joy in running multiple lawnmowers as early as they can.

Teach your guys to drive with some respect.

Enough is enough!!! Still running mowers and trimmers at 8PM. STOP!!! IM sorry you cant manage your business any better but this is ridiculous!!! Time to pull your head out

Epic has created an Epic failure to provide snow removal for apartment homes

Epic does beautiful work! Their employees are pleasant and professional.

Unbelievable lazy and inefficient. If you live in an apartment complex that they work at, move immediately unless you enjoy being woken up by yelling, singing and then the constant rev of engines. It’s 30 degrees out, no precipitation yet 4 of them walking around with leaf blowers at full blast for a solid 45 minutes starting at 830. Just unbelievably loud.

Contacted Epic about a piece of limestone that we dug out of the ground but could not move ourselves. Todd Stremsterfer responded and came and helped us move the stone. We appreciated his timeliness and help.
