It's always so difficult to find someone to help in this place. Needed some cinder blocks and it took me a while to figure out they weren't with the stones in the garden center and to walk to the opposite side of the store. It's an OK place when you need something late after the local hardware store has closed. With no one around to help you can treat it like a scavenger hunt.... except no one is leaving clues.

Just called to check if a couple of plants were in stock since nothing showed up on line, the gyt in L&G answered Garden. Threw me off at first. When I asked about about the plants the guy only said no. I asked when perhaps they would get them in. He says I don't know maybe in a couple of weeks when it gets warmer. I got so pissed amd hung up on the guy.

They are always out of the things we need. This has been going on since the beginning of the pandemic. And, it still hasn't gotten any better. Where's the manager or the district manager. They need to do a better job.

Need to have more mobile carts for disabled. The few times I been there there broken or were out of them.today I was able to get one got around the pharmacy and gardening area then it stopped it was out of power. There were no more available I had to walk out which was very difficult.

Hold your company truck drivers accountable, please. Swerving across 3 lanes, including the left shoulder. Unresponsive to flashing brights and honking horn. Disregard to the safety of themselves and those in traffic around them.

Driver of one of their trucks...or the truck they have...deliberately pulled out right in front of us when we had right of way. Like another post, they need to learn how to drive.

I get your specialty is lawn care and not driving, but please do better. When your employees drive in a dangerous and unlawful manner, you put others at risk. Crossing solid lines to forcefully merge into traffic, changing lanes in the middle of an intersection, and not looking before changing lanes to name a few.
When you drive a company vehicle, you are representing the company. This looks very bad on the company.

I had this lawn care company for two years. I have cancer now and they were aware and decided to stop my services. I always paid them and to be treated like this when I’m most vulnerable tells you everything you need to know about this horrible company. Do NOT hire them. Karma will get them!

Three people from this company stopped to help me and my kid with a flat tire on the way to school this morning. They got down in the ice and snow and helped us. Thank you!!
