This is an amazing company they always do the job efficiently and in good time respond to any of my request and the best lawn care company I've had I've only spoken to one of the employees (named trey) he was so understanding and well mannered just overall had a great experience with them

I am using Shaunty’s Lawncare for the company I work for. The actual mower comes weekly like discussed and helps with any concerns or question of lawn care. The owner/office has been great to communicate with regarding invoices and payment. Impressive.

I use this service for my Christmas light installation on my house, and they are phenomenal. They come out like ninjas and put the lights up, so it is a pleasant surprise to drive home and see the lights; it is the same way when the lights are taken down. Plus, if any lights are not working, they will come out and fix it right away. Great service.

I have used Shaunty s Service for about 10 years. They do a fabulous job. They took care of snow removal and lawn service in my old house. When it snowed they would show up without me calling and remove the snow. At my new place I have a tree which creates havoc in the fall and Shauntys take care of it very quickly. . I love the service they provide putting Christmas lights up and removing them after Christmas. If a bulb breaks or is missing they come out quickly and replace it. Shauntys always respond to requests quickly and they do a great job. Even when the job is small they
come as qiuckly as they can and take care of it. The team is always very friendly and thorough and suggest what might be needed - never try to suggest more than is needed. Give them a call; you won t be disappointed.

Our family has used Shaunty’s Lawn and Landscape for several projects over the years. They were prompt and efficient and had a true satisfaction guaranteed promise. Projects have included everything from clearing brush to designing garden beds. They planted small and large trees, shrubs/bushes and flowering plants. Our latest addition was a beautifully designed birdbath setting. A concrete foundation was installed to properly set and level the pedestal. Retaining wall blocks were tiered around bottom of base allowing for colorful array of flowers to be planted. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

The guys started sucking up the mountain range of leaves at 800 and we're finished by 820. They did an awesome job and had high attention to detail. We will be using them again for leaf removal.

Shaunty landscape company took care of a big lawncare issue of getting rid of an area of 10ft by 20ft or larger of poison ivy. It was everywhere, peeking through the slats of a wooden fence, climbing up tree trunks and limbs plus telephone poles! All gone. Thank you Shaunty for making that happen!

Shaunty's has been mowing my yard for several years. They come on a regular basis, and do a great job. They trim and blow. They also come a few other times to fertilize. I have no weeds in my yard. The guys are friendly and respectful. They're always glad to do little extra things, if needed. I'm very happy with them.

When I retired back in 2021Shauntys company came with me for my personal home services needed easy to contact always returns my calls and hardly any wait time for services. On your next project give them a call talk to Kevin he’s the best

Do not use this company. They will try to get you to sign contracts. Their work is shoddy, the workers do not care at all they do the job correctly. I hired them to do some snow removal at a very high price. Check out the photo. I’m a little shocked they’re still in business.

Kory and his team are phenomenal. We have had Shaunty’s Lawn and Landscape do multiple projects for us and we have always been so impressed with the attention to detail and communication throughout. Highly recommend this company for all of your landscaping and irrigation needs!

Warning! While I considered the bi-weekly mowing option useful and the attention to detail to be acceptable with the mow, I'd be careful when asking for sprinkler/irrigation system inspections.

The technician who arrived spent approximately 7 minutes TOTAL when performing our system check. He parked, turned it on, watched a little bit of water spray, then turned it off and left, claiming "it was perfect".

I called them out because my neighbor noticed that I had water leaking indications from several spots, as well as a submerged valve box... which is why I made the initial service request. When I got home following the technicians visit - the entire valve box was STILL underwater!

I called the owners and even they admitted that the visit was incredibly short. To his credit, they visited and addressed the valve box specifically, which turned out to be a small leak nearby. Unfortunately the neighbor and I did our own further investigation of the spray nozzles and noted that a few of them had similar leak indications which had been embarrassingly obvious.

I explained this situation to the owners and they were adamant that this required another, FULL PRICED follow-on visit. They even added a quip that it was necessary because there wasn't any way to be sure when these supposed leaks arrived.

Beyond frustrated, I sought a different system technician for the inspection and they noticed (and showed me) that 5 of my spray nozzles were cracked and leaking pretty substantially, and had been doing so for awhile, as evidenced by the terrain run-off. They charged me less for the visit and were very professional and comprehensive. Luckily I was able to be home for this visit.

I'll be the first to admit that I have no idea what I'm doing with an irrigation system as this is my first one and haven't had the time to devote to learning all the ins and outs and doing so myself.

In closing, I had no issue with the quality of the mowing - but they are often hard to reach and their irrigation system offerings are quite poor and untrustworthy. Use at your own risk.

//Edit - after reading their response it's clear they want to back up their workers, which is admirable. It looks like their timelines are correct so no contention there. I will note that it took me two weeks to turn the system back from OFF to RUN, so I respectfully contest that the follow on damage was new, again, given the ground run-off. I also will add that I mentioned I suspected sprayer damage in various areas in addition to the submerged valve box, but that's getting pedantic at this point.

So, at this impasse, I allege that the valve box had water in it, to which they claim otherwise.
