Each sub-contractor was professional and communicative. Finished product met my high standards and I've been in the space now every night.

We hired this company to remodel a very depressing 70’s dungeon basement in a house we had just purchased. We interviewed several contractors but JT the owner, and Raj their architect were the most knowledgeable by far and gave us very sound advice on the direction we should take going forward. Resell value for the future was important to us so they designed our basement to fit that concern. Super easy to communicate with, straight forward and showed up on time! Total cost was $32,000 (the budget allotted from the beginning) on a full basement remodel and it exceeded our expectations. Definitely a company to look into as we personally will be using them for future projects here on out!

John Trout and his team of employees and contractors did an excellent job on my basement and I highly recommend. John is also very transparent with costs which was very important to me. It’s very important that you trust that your builder is being fair and not cutting corners and I never was concerned about that with John Trout at Omni!

I hired this team to convert my garage into an extra room in my house. The team did an amazing job with the conversion. Everyone was very polite and professional. They listened to what we needed for the room and gave us plenty of options. I am very happy with the outcome of the project!

Baron Contracting has been partnering with SumnerOne to support our Operation Breakthrough event for many years. Each year SumnerOne takes underprivileged kids to a Kansas City Chiefs football game. Not only do we provide tickets but we tailgate, face paint, play games and provide an entire day of fun. Baron Contracting is not only willing to support this event with a donation, but they're on hand all day to help serve food, set up tents and seating. They make sure the kids have a great time. We appreciate Baron Contracting and all they do support our local community!

Baron Contracting is the best contracting organization our firm has ever worked with. They handle every project with the same level of care, no matter how big or small. Baron has done small tenant finish projects, all the way up to complete buildings for us, and leave no details unfinished. John, Jeff and their team have a meticulous eye for detail, holding their subcontractors to a higher level of standard than other General Contractors. As a result, Kiewit always gets a quality product at a good price.

The Andersons, Inc. (formerly Lansing Trade Group) experience with Baron Contracting has always been excellent. We’ve used their team on a number of projects in our current Corporate Woods space over the last 12 years, including a recent 40,000 square foot complete remodel, and they have never disappointed. Baron’s team is cooperative, innovative and, above all else, professional. They pride themselves on providing quality work that is performed both timely and efficiently. With this most recent project, they performed above and beyond our expectations due to the unique challenges of this full-scale remodel, with all personnel remaining on-site. They overcame all obstacles by providing flexibility in their scheduling, anticipating any problems and quickly communicating those issues along with their proposed solutions or changes to the original scope of work. While I personally hope we are done with remodeling projects for a while, I will not hesitate to call Baron whenever that situation changes!

Ashely was great to work with on the design, more money than I ever thought I would spend on a closet, but it does look great. Installers were fast and professional.

We are finally organized and very beautifully at that. Our closet is gorgeous so I just want to sit in there and admire it. The garage looks fantastic too. Thanks, Gwen, for your wonderful designs.
