They were very understanding of the situation I was in, with a cluttered dirty house. They were always polite. They were super fast at install. I love how organized my sons room is now that I have a place for everything. My only complaint would be that I wish they had taken the time to demonstrate for me how to change the shelves and poles. I figured it out but it would have been much quicker if they had showed me.

We love our closets made over by California Closets. My bedroom closet stays perfect, no more messes. And the entry closet is now usable. It used to be a long dark unusable hole.

Amy designed our pantry, office, closets and laundry for our new construction in 2006. I called her for an office update and she is working on that for us now. California Closets is wonderful to work with; Amy is personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Amy did a great job, as did her entire team. We really love our closet now! They took out an old modular closet system and replaced it with a beautiful work of art.

We used California Closets twice, once for a master closet and once a kitchen pantry. The product is good quality and the design and installation are both top notch. Would highly recommend.

Moved into a house that needed lots of work. The master closet was a disaster. Hired California Closets to design a closet for my needs and they did a fantastic job, with built in dresser, shelves, hooks, belt racks, sturdy clothing rods and shelving. The closet is beautiful and functional and money well spent. I highly recommend California Closets to maximize your closet space.

I just recently had closets installed for a roughly 6x15 closet which cost about $8,000. Now, I don't know how much of that is labor, but I do know that the people installing the closets spent a good majority of their time, scraping off little stickers and cleaning off the glue residue. In fact, they had one person doing that almost the entire time. I don't feel like I should be paying labor for something that they haven't figured out an economical solution for. Other than that, the shelves are just manufactured wood with laminated patterns. They must be making a killing. And probably the reason they haven't changed their process for labeling all the pieces of the closet.

We had California Closets install a Murphy bed and built in desk with shelves to transform a room into a home office and guest bedroom. It looks amazing and is very functional. Lindsey was a great help in the design of this project. I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend California Closets.

My experience with California Closets is awesome. This is my 2nd wall bed installation and it went great. I've also had closet organizer work done by them in the past and that was also fantastic. They aren't always the cheapest but are always the best in my opinion.

Mike from CA Closets designing our 2 primary closets! He was able to transform these smaller 5x7 closets to space with lots of storage. Love the stack of drawers, bins, hooks and multi level hanging areas.

I contacted California Closets with a challenging question. Can you take a room and make it a closet and an office? They answered the challenge with flying colors. Lindsey designed one side of the room with hanging close door cabinetry and the other side were drawers for clothes and office supplies. That side was complete with a pull-out drawer for the printer and 2 deep files drawers for files. Above the drawers are shelves for my collections and a place for my TV. From Lindsey to the installation crew, the professionalism was excellent. They were accommodating and cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated.

I worked with a client (I am her interior designer) and Mike who helped us was wonderful! So knowledgeable, very patient, on time, he made sure everyone was happy and the dresser for closet was beautiful and such amazing quality, helps with storage organization! Would recommend them!

Organized laundry!
PROS - lovely to have pull-outs, shelving, closet, racks. Options for design are broad and well-conceived.Colors, hardware nice. Installation prompt and efficient providing your prep work ( painting, electrical) done in advance.
CONS - They installed cabinets to left and right of a window slightly off-center, about 1 1/2” off from layout, and said nothing - I noticed it immediately after they had it all up. Small but annoying. Also, I suspect for about same price my contractor could have done similar in real wood, but it would have taken a week, not an afternoon.
OVERALL I am pleased, and would recommend them for certain installations.

I had three closets done, and it has made a huge difference in how our condo functions. Cindy Kelley in the Overland Park Office created a plan that tripled the space in the front hall closet so that we have some overflow pantry room in addition to being able to hang more coats than before. It all looks tidy and well organized, which is Cindy’s specialty, not mine. Our guest bedroom closet has shelves, built in file cabinets, and hanging rods. It s easily four times the storage. The third was a utility closet, which was pretty straightforward but increased the capacity many times over. Everything is high quality, and everything was completed quickly and expertly. Cindy was so easy to work and had many ideas that hadn’t occurred to me. All good!

Our representative, Ashley, was outstanding. She helped us with the design that met our objectives. She also helped us arrange assistance in demolition and removal of the existing closet fixtures, and provided storage racks for our clothes between demolition and installation of the new closet fixtures, Very posive experience with no surprises.

We had our master closet and laundry room designed and installed. Both turned our functional and beautiful! The entire team was skilled and professional. The clean up was superb! We are very pleased and would not hesitate to use CC again.
